Chris and his staff are very professional, show up on time, and his quotes are always right on. I wouldn't call anyone else to do repairs or for remodeling.

David has been my go-to plumber for some time now, as he has been incredibly responsive, thorough and reasonably priced. When my hot water heater burst, he was out to my house same day to assess the issue and a new water heater was installed the same day. When someone else worked on some of my appliances and hooked them up incorrectly, David was there the same day to fix their mistakes. Now, my home is under contract and there were a couple of items from the inspection report that need repair. And without fail, David is quick to come out, assess the items, and complete the repairs for me. I cannot recommend him highly enough! His is a number to keep stored in your cell phone for when you need a local plumber!

I had a plumbing emergency over the weekend, and was able to get Sam out the next day to help. While he couldn’t solve the problem (due to no fault of his own, just happened that the blockage was on the city side of the sewer line) he was friendly, efficient, and worked hard to try to solve my problem. It was definitely expensive, but Sam was very up front and honest about the cost. And I would expect the cost for any emergency plumbing services to be relatively expensive. I appreciated the transparency, and how hard he worked to attempt to solve my problem. I would definitely call again if (Heaven forbid) I ever needed any urgent plumbing assistance.

Rob called en route (right on time!) and was a pleasure to work with. He spent some time investigating, addressed the exact issue and when I shared I was a new homeowner, he encouraged me to learn alongside him so I was more informed about how the different pieces worked and some tips for the future. Pricing was very fair and transparent, Rob was very skilled and personable, and the job was done quickly and well. Will certainly be my first call for any future plumbing needs!

Brian provides great service! I have used him twice now. He is very nice, does great work fast, and very responsive to communication. He is prompt and will give notice as soon as he can should unpredictable delays come up. My experience with Bailey's plumbing, heating is nothing to write home about. In the first place, Bobby Bailey is not honest, not reliable, he is a cheat, a scam and he doesn't really know what he is doing in terms of his job experience. He is out to defraud his customers. He will take your money and then abandon the job. The worst is that he will not pick up your phone calls, will not return your phone calls or even respond to text messages.
I will never recommend him/ his company to anyone.
If there is anything like zero in the rating scale ,that will be my rating for him.
