I was very pleased with Jason's professionalism and detailed explanation of what was wrong with the outlet and switches and electrical panel. He solved the problems.

Needed an outlet for EV Charger. Ron have me a fair estimate and scheduled me for 10 days out. Showed up on time and got things done with little bother. Ron was ready to talk with and a taught me a few things about electrical work. Or the outlet right where I needed it, five feet from my car's charge port.

The HVAC Tech, Rich Cooper was very polite and professional.He arrived within 1 hour of me calling for service and upon arrival, he quickly diagnosed the problem and ordered the part that would fix my heating issue. The part was a little expensive, but service was excellent.I feel comfortable with calling them again for future service issues.

During a time when customer service is at an all time low, due to worker shortages and increased demand, it's incredibly refreshing to call a business, have the owner answer the phone and and have same-day availability! Mr. William arrived within an hour of my call to fix my HVAC system that was not blowing hot or cold air. He asked if I wanted to watch him repair the unit and I enthusiastically said yes! Not many people take the time to walk you through through every step of the diagnostic tests. Once he pinpointed the issues (a safety feature that cut the system off and some faulty repairs from a previous HVAC company), I was quoted a price to repair, I signed off on the work and and my unit was back to operational within the hour. The whole process was informative, transparent and easy. Then I found out he not only repairs HVAC, but also plumbing and electrical. Last but not least, I love to support locally owned and operated, Black businesses. This was an all-around great experience and I will be calling again.

The basin of our sink was separating from our counter, and we were unsure of who to call. We became aware of 1-800-Plumber+Air through Yelp. I received a call-back immediately on Wednesday, and Dalton and Charlie were able to fix the sink on Thursday. Dalton and Charlie were friendly, courteous, and knowledgable. They explained what was wrong with the previous sealant, and was able to get the supplies and the right glue. Happy Home was very prompt, knowledgeable, professional and price wise very reasonable considering another company was charging more than double for a warranty repair. We have used them at a prior residence and will continue to do so.

Piedmont Metro was absolutely amazing! We had run into multiple issues while re-doing our siding, including a broken HVAC unit. The gentleman who initially came out was professional, honest and knowledgeable. We decided to fully replace rather than repair thanks to his suggestions (without pressure too). They came the next week and put the system in quickly, stayed to make sure it was fixed and went above and beyond on aiding with other issues they found under the house.
