I'm very glad I used Pure-Line when my garbage disposal started leaking. Jackie is always so kind and helpful on the phone. She called me as soon as she knew the tech was running behind (which happens in this business). I really appreciated the call so I could plan the day better. Edwin was my tech and he replaced the disposal quickly. He took the time to explain a few things with the new disposal and it's working beautifully. Their prices were more reasonable than some other plumbers. I'll definitely use them again.

Had a minor sink drain issue. They were quick to come out to fix the problem. Did not take long to fix the issue. The plumber (Jerry) that came onsite was nice and knowledgeable.

I cannot recommend this company enough! They are fast, reliable, knowledge and friendly and will save you thousands of dollars. First, they came out at 10pm on a long/holiday weekend because we had a sewage backup and it was leaking out of the ceiling. It was a nightmare for us and they stayed until 2am until the issue was stopped and provided us next steps to ensure it doesn’t happen again.

They also helped us with a leaky sink while we were under contract for a house. It was a time sensitive issue and they came quickly, resolved it and also gave us a couple of recommendations of other issues to fix, which would prevent any future damage.

Simo did an excellent job servicing our ARS systems yesterday, and he was especially helpful and patient answering our questions about our NEST thermostat. We were very appreciative! Hope to see Simo again in the future!Ted

Our plumber was punctual and friendly, taking his time to explain the process of drain clearing thoroughly and answer any questions that we had. He clearly knew his trade well and had all the necessary equipment on hand, including the spare part required to complete the job fast.

My experience with Devlin Plumbing was seamless...from the appointment set up with Marcus, who explained all the charges, to the actual appointment with Billy, who did a through job. Billy also crawled under my house to inspect my hot water heater and gave me several estimates, all of which are very reasonable. I would recommend this company to all my friends.

I recently relocated to Raleigh and had some work done on the house that required the carpenters to remove the toilet to lay down a wood floor. It was obvious that the wax seal had deteriorated and needed to be replaced. I researched plumbers on YELP and found that CK Plumbing had excellent reviews. I called to make an appointment and everyone I dealt with was helpful and friendly. Sean and his coworker showed up at my house on schedule, re-placed the wax ring and re-seated the toilet. The charge was what was quoted. I won't hesitate to call them again for more work, or when I redo my bathroom.

Omg. I feel as if Anthony and Alberto are part of my family. Super friendly and articulate. Answered so many of my pedestrian questions about the faucet they installed. I feel fortunate to have had them in my home to install a new kitchen faucet. Worked cheerfully and gave complete instructions on the workings of the faucet. Thank you, Anthony and Alberto. I had a problem with my Noritz tankless one morning. On the phone, Drain Express walked me through what to do but it still wouldn't work as the fix needed someone with the required expertise. Somehow I got lucky and Dickie said he could swing over soon. I was more then delighted as he quickly zeroed into the problem and even had the right part with him on hand. Most plumbers would have to order the part. The fix was done and I now have hot water again. After using so many plumbers over the years, Drain Express now goes to the top of my plumber list in my contact files. The Drain Express plumber was professional and overall a very nice guy. I will use him and highly recommend him.

We recently purchased a home in the Raleigh area, and soon thereafter we were notified by the local water company that there was a significant leak somewhere on the property. We spoke with many different plumbers, but Eddie was clearly the best choice. He has more years of experience than I've been alive, charged reasonable rates, and was able to schedule a visit on the same day.

Once he was on-site, he identified the leak was within our irrigation system and was able to quickly shut off the leak without disrupting the flow to the house. He, unfortunately, didn't have the equipment to complete the repair, else I would have certainly contracted him to do so.

Overall, Eddie is a straight shooter and the type of person you'd comfortably recommend to friends and family - not just to random people on the internet!
