Called Lane for a second opinion after a bog box supplier provided quote. Total cost, parts and labor was 1/3 for exact same repair. Ethan with Joseph Rose responded quickly, gave us a free estimate, and his pricing was also the best from the quotes we got. He was able to start within 2 weeks. Brad came out to check what was wrong with our a/c...he was very knowledgeable but could not locate the parts needed in NC. He called in Adante to help us figure out what kind of unit we could use. Adante was so nice and looked for a/c and heating unit to replace our almost 21 year unit. We lost a/c Tues July 5 th and a new unit was put in Fri July 8 th. We had to stay due to my sick Mama that has to stay in a hospital bed in our house. There was 1 small issue that we were afraid to use the unit Friday night/ Saturday but Arturo came Saturday evening because we couldn't use it and found that it was a issue that would not damage anything. They put several safety measures on their a/c heating units. Overall a good experience.

I would definitely recommend Axis Plumbing and will call on them again for future work. Joe and his team did an outstanding job for me with some bathroom remodel work. Honest, fair and completed the work in timely fashion.

Bar-D plumbing was here within a hour and had all parts to fix issue with them, it wasn’t the I got to go to supply house, turn your water off, come back tomorrow. They fixed the leak and charged me a more than fair price I would highly recommend to any one needing anything from a faucet to new construction. Very professional, on time and courteous.

I recently relocated to Raleigh and had some work done on the house that required the carpenters to remove the toilet to lay down a wood floor. It was obvious that the wax seal had deteriorated and needed to be replaced. I researched plumbers on YELP and found that CK Plumbing had excellent reviews. I called to make an appointment and everyone I dealt with was helpful and friendly. Sean and his coworker showed up at my house on schedule, re-placed the wax ring and re-seated the toilet. The charge was what was quoted. I won't hesitate to call them again for more work, or when I redo my bathroom.

Rooter man is THE ONLY company to call..Anthony and Alberto came to my home when I was having a major sewer problem. I tried to fix the problem myself with no success. They took time to discuss the situation and resolved my issue Fast. I was amazed by the equipment that they had at their disposal even ran a camera in the pipes when they were done to make sure all obstructions were removed from my sewer line. Do Not Hesitate to call if you got a plumbing problem rooter man solves them all!!!

I reached out to request a water heater inspection. Very responsive to my request for service. Polite and efficient technicians. Inspection appears to be good quality. Time will tell. Will use them again.

I had a problem with my Noritz tankless one morning. On the phone, Drain Express walked me through what to do but it still wouldn't work as the fix needed someone with the required expertise. Somehow I got lucky and Dickie said he could swing over soon. I was more then delighted as he quickly zeroed into the problem and even had the right part with him on hand. Most plumbers would have to order the part. The fix was done and I now have hot water again. After using so many plumbers over the years, Drain Express now goes to the top of my plumber list in my contact files. The Drain Express plumber was professional and overall a very nice guy. I will use him and highly recommend him.
