We are remodeling our 50yo master bathroom and the tub was a one-piece unit. The crew sent to replace the old tub with a larger new tub did a fantastic job. The framing was not square and it was a difficult job to get the new unit places and re-install new plumbing. The crew did not give up and followed through until the installation was completed. Definitely would recommend Carrboro Plumbing for any project.

David Dobbs installed a new water heater for me earlier today. I have used him before and he is very reliable about the time he says he is going to show up and is always willing to answer any questions you may have about the installation or repair. I have felt comfortable recommending him to any of my neighbors and friends in the Raleigh area.

I had an old pressure regulator go out and the pipes we wistling whenever you turned a faucet on. Matt Omar was the lead tech on this job and he did a fantastic job! Would highly recommend After Hours Plumbing.

I'm very glad I used Pure-Line when my garbage disposal started leaking. Jackie is always so kind and helpful on the phone. She called me as soon as she knew the tech was running behind (which happens in this business). I really appreciated the call so I could plan the day better. Edwin was my tech and he replaced the disposal quickly. He took the time to explain a few things with the new disposal and it's working beautifully. Their prices were more reasonable than some other plumbers. I'll definitely use them again.

Mitchell and his apprentice Jacob were very professional. He ran the diagnostic and came up with the proper fix. Even though they didn't have the parts needed on hand, they ran to the supply house and obtained the parts and came back in a timely fashion and performed the install. My house didn’t have any water pressure so we called lane plumbing- jane answered the phone and got me on the schedule! She was extremely nice and very helpful in diagnosing the issue- The plumber and his crew did a great job replacing my pressure reducer valve- they were quick and efficient!!

Amazing service as always. Called on Sunday night with no water, they had a very kind and polite emoloyee that picked up the phone after hours and they were there first thing Monday morning and fixed the issue quickly.

My tech was Aaron. First time ever meeting him. He was very personable and took the time to go over everything in detail and was not in a hurry to rush me through. He was very detailed and neat and careful to go over everything. I was very impressed with his knowledge, his professionalism and the way he carried out his work. So much so that I am requesting him as my permanent tech person.

Was provided with a fair quote over the phone to replace a water line in the yard, and they stuck to the quote. The price was very competitive for the work. They showed up when promised (in N. Raleigh), worked hard and focused, and completed it that day. Everyone was very polite. Very happy with the results and I will call on them again, as well as refer them to neighbors. Good business to work with.

Dp&m was the company assigned through my home warranty company. May be an ok company for unclogging toilets, but anything beyond running a snake down the drain, I advise anyone using this company to watch the result of snaking the drain, as they will not bring anything to your attention, and will claim you need something beyond their ability, like a camera. You'll find out they (Elaine) says they assume finding something in you line, because they cant fix the issue, thus voiding the warranty company from fixing or addressing the problem further. I did not feel valued as a customer, and will never use or recommend this company. Elaine was rude, argumentative and unhelpful, just responds with this isn't our first rodeo.

There was no evidence of any blockage from the line that was run, I did not sign any report, and still have a blocked drain. Thanks for nothing, both the technician and Elaine.
