David was a life saver! Today, on a Sunday, we had sewage water spewing out of the powder room toilet. He responded to us so quickly! He assessed the problem and cleared the clog completely, inside and in the crawl space. This is not the first time he has solved our plumbing problems. Always professional and such a pleasure to work with. We trust him completely!! We highly recommend him!

After Hours replaced an old electric tank heater in an unheated tool shed with new Rheem main + point-of-service tanks in crawl space. I have nothing but praises for my experience. I was given a window of 8:00am to 11:00am. Edwin and (I forgot his associate's name) showed on time. They were friendly, professional, warm and patient with me. They worked efficiently and were respectful of my home. This is completely contrary to the service I received from a competitor. He showed late, did not cover his work boots, tried to bully me into additional work and was extremely very unprofessional. The competitor, Happy Home, wanted to charge me $525.00. Pure-Line's cost was $236.00.

Jan. 9, 2017 had pipe rupture due to freezing. All the secondary roads were covered in ice, but Kenny fit me in same day I called. He replaced the outside faucet and reset the faucet slope to fix cause for freezing, faucet did not drain when turned off. He also took precautions to insulate pipe to avoid future issues. Kenny was professional, knowledge able and had the whole job done in about 90 minutes. I would note Kenny also repaired my house water feed back in 2005 and never had another issue with that.

Brian did an excellent job installing a new toilet, sink, and faucet for our master bathroom remodel! He was very prompt and professional and offered a great price. The finished product looks wonderful. Highly recommend RDU Plumbing's services.

Dan and his team (Don) spent two days to replace the old PolyB water supply pipes installed in 1995 for 2000 square feet single family house with Viega PEX. He listened my concerns, and provided his suggestions if needed. I can not expect more than he can offer. His service is fantastic so that the general contractor I hired for other tasks gave him the thumbs up. The drywall damage was minimum. I strongly suggest people contact his team first when you need plumbing service. At least I will !!! I wish I can give his work 6 rating if available .

ARS replaced two complete HVAC systems in one day. All before my wife got home from work. She couldn’t even tell we had two crews working in attic and in crawl space. Absolutely impressed with how well both installs went. Bought through Home Depot and highly recommend ARS.

Bar D Plumbing was able to respond to my service request for my water heater within 24 hours. They quickly diagnosed the issue and gave me quotes for replacing the malfunctioning part and for replacing the water heater entirely as mine is rather old (but they did not sell or pressure me into replacing the unit). When I asked to replace the part it was ordered immediately, and the plumber returned to my home to install it the next day. I will be using Bar D Plumbing for any future plumbing needs.

line video was not recording, had to hand hold phone over screen to capture an image, so the 'diagnostic' fee didn't feel like a waste. The complications are understood, but still. Waiting for other estimates before committing to the job.
