I'm very glad I used Pure-Line when my garbage disposal started leaking. Jackie is always so kind and helpful on the phone. She called me as soon as she knew the tech was running behind (which happens in this business). I really appreciated the call so I could plan the day better. Edwin was my tech and he replaced the disposal quickly. He took the time to explain a few things with the new disposal and it's working beautifully. Their prices were more reasonable than some other plumbers. I'll definitely use them again.

His quote was very reasonable compared to the other quotes I received, and when the job was more labor intensive than originally anticipated, he stuck with the price he had quoted for the job. Dan and his team are prompt, professional and very thorough. I've had them complete multiple large (and small) jobs in the two homes I've owned and won't go anywhere else for my plumbing needs. His team assessed a cracked pipe in my front yard and fixed it as well as installed a new water heater recently. Dan trusts his team and then came back personally to check their work before considering the job done. Highly recommend.

What can I say that hasn't already been said? I tried Streamline after hearing a lot of good feedback on my local AM station and I am not looking back. They're prompt, fast, courteous, friendly, honest, and every single repair they've done in my home has been explained in detail and then done to an exceptional standard. It's been a few years and Streamline is my go-to for any and every plumbing, electrical, or HVAC repair because I know I can trust them and their pricing is great. They are truly the best.

Called for a simple quote on a sink and toilet install person was very rude and short on the phone... look else where for a plumber !!!!

I was pretty disappointed after buying an A/C from ARS a couple of years ago. Things didn't go the way the salesman said they would. The unit didn't pass inspection the first time. The salesman didn't include the larger return on the contract so that took a few phone calls on to resolve on installation day. Then the return wasn't put in the way I was told it would be. I was also told I would have the same serviceman with every check up, instead, I get someone new every time. With every check up, I get a sales pitch for their spring and fall package and quite frankly, I'm tired them trying to sell me something. Just come and do the job I asked. Last fall I was told that something was looking worn in my two year old unit. But because it hadn't failed, it wasn't under warranty. It would cost $200+ to replace. Despite some pressure tactics (I don't want it to fail on you in the middle of winter), I refused the replacement and my heater worked all winter long.

I highly recommend this company. I called in the morning, and they were at my house in 2 hours. He fixed my residential plumbing issue in less than an hour. He was very kind, informative, and it did not cost me an arm and a leg. I also like the fact that they are local and family owned. I will use them again.

We would like to express our gratitude to Plumbing Giant for the excellent service we received. Our plumber was punctual and friendly, taking his time to explain the process of drain clearing thoroughly and answer any questions that we had. He clearly knew his trade well and had all the necessary equipment on hand, including the spare part required to complete the job fast.

When our water heater kept shutting down we tried several fixes to be cost effective and Dave and Matthew were always very responsive to quickly swing around to resolve the issue. Even if that meant coming by after normal hours to look and address the issue.

They will always shoot straight with you and I have never met a nicer person than him.
