I have used this company several times and won't call anyone else. They are reliable and fair. Always willing to offer suggestions but they don't push you into services that you don't really need. Great prices that you won't be able to beat. I have shopped around with other plumbers and they were not comparable to service and price. Highly recommend.

I have nothing but praises for my experience. I was given a window of 8:00am to 11:00am. Edwin and (I forgot his associate's name) showed on time. They were friendly, professional, warm and patient with me. They worked efficiently and were respectful of my home. This is completely contrary to the service I received from a competitor. He showed late, did not cover his work boots, tried to bully me into additional work and was extremely very unprofessional. The competitor, Happy Home, wanted to charge me $525.00. Pure-Line's cost was $236.00.

The technician did not follow our instructions as to what we needed done. They told us they didn't do the drain type we were using and would connect to it later. When we installed the drain, a pipe needed to be cut. When they came to reinstall the pipe, they said didn't have the part needed and left with no communication with us. It was early enough in the day that they could've gotten the part. Now they are walking away or pushing us out two weeks when the inspector is scheduled next week. There are other alternatives in the area, use them.

Update:

While the update certainly reads well from a marketing perspective, the bottom line is that this company took a full price check and delivered part time results. On top of this their inability to communicate with their customer correctly and be fully prepared for their work, would have pushed us back more if not for other options we have found. And unlike the insinuation in the owners update, their was nothing that was requested that wouldn't meet code, simply a company full of themselves and falling well short of expectations. Look elsewhere ladies and gentlemen there are many other options that will finish the work without delay or communication breakdowns.

Jan. 9, 2017 had pipe rupture due to freezing. All the secondary roads were covered in ice, but Kenny fit me in same day I called. He replaced the outside faucet and reset the faucet slope to fix cause for freezing, faucet did not drain when turned off. He also took precautions to insulate pipe to avoid future issues. Kenny was professional, knowledge able and had the whole job done in about 90 minutes. I would note Kenny also repaired my house water feed back in 2005 and never had another issue with that.

Brian did an excellent job installing a new toilet, sink, and faucet for our master bathroom remodel! He was very prompt and professional and offered a great price. The finished product looks wonderful. Highly recommend RDU Plumbing's services.

This by far was one of the most painless experiences from any contracting based service I have had in a long time. They came when they said they were going to, were courteous, honest, cleaned up after, and did great work! I would not hesitate to use them again for any of my plumbing needs! Thanks Guys!

I put a service call in on a Wednesday afternoon, in less than 24 hours I received a phone call from one of Blantons technicians. 30 minutes later, James was at my door. James immediately went to diagnosing our system and an hour or so later it was fixed. James was professional and explained everything in an easy to understand method. Jimmy Lane and his team are the best plumbers in town. Jane in the office is incredibly responsive and makes sure you know when to expect the service techs to arrive and what to expect when it comes to pricing. They take care of my and my mother’s personal properties as well as all of my real estate clients and they all have amazing things to say about them as well!

We would like to express our gratitude to Plumbing Giant for the excellent service we received. Our plumber was punctual and friendly, taking his time to explain the process of drain clearing thoroughly and answer any questions that we had. He clearly knew his trade well and had all the necessary equipment on hand, including the spare part required to complete the job fast.

When our water heater kept shutting down we tried several fixes to be cost effective and Dave and Matthew were always very responsive to quickly swing around to resolve the issue. Even if that meant coming by after normal hours to look and address the issue.

They will always shoot straight with you and I have never met a nicer person than him.
