Chris serviced a leak I had under my sink. Not only did he identify and fix the problem, but he also walked through my entire house and showed me all of the things to look for as a homeowner. He tested all of my toilets/sinks/drains, water tank, etc. without hesitation. He was very friendly, informative, timely and very courteous. Chris’ honesty and patience sold me into the company. Highly recommend. Chris was phenomenal.

His knowledge and skills made for a stress-free experience as he fit his work in around the work of the other tradespeople -- and he stepped up to help community members with some DIY tasks that proved more challenging than expected. Guys from the company were courteous, polite, and helpful. My water was turned off because I had leak between the house and the meter so I had no water and the work couldn’t be done until after the holiday. However David didn’t want me to go through the.holiday with no water and didn’t either, he arrange for a temporary line to be run and offered to do it if no one else could. Having worked in service, that is what customer service is all about. The guy that he got to do it arrived at 9;30 and was done by 10:30, he came inside to check to see if everything was good and flushed the air out the lines before leaving. This has never happened to me before, however I’m glad I called them although the line isn’t complete they made sure I had water for that I’m greatly.
