I have nothing but praises for my experience. I was given a window of 8:00am to 11:00am. Edwin and (I forgot his associate's name) showed on time. They were friendly, professional, warm and patient with me. They worked efficiently and were respectful of my home. This is completely contrary to the service I received from a competitor. He showed late, did not cover his work boots, tried to bully me into additional work and was extremely very unprofessional. The competitor, Happy Home, wanted to charge me $525.00. Pure-Line's cost was $236.00.

Our water heater split the bottom seam on a Saturday and was leaking for 2 prior days in the basement. Part of the basement is finished with carpet so the carpet soaked up the water and I stepped into the room to find 1.5 inch water. When I called Jennifer answered immediately, was sympathetic to my situation, calmed me, assured me they could help. She walked me thru the process to stop the water running, and recommended and called an emergency water damage company to get them out to start the clean up. Lane communicated constantly with me on availability of a replacement parts, costs and their arrival times. The crew was prompt, efficient, thorough, polite, respectful and it was very obvious they knew what they were doing.

The entire disaster was in process of being resolved in 8 hours.

I have never written a review before but I have to say Ray Carson at Streamline Services went above and beyond to make sure my AC was fixed. His work ethic is amazing. He didn’t quit until a difficult problem was solved, and for this I’m extremely grateful. I would certainly recommend this company.

Our plumber was punctual and friendly, taking his time to explain the process of drain clearing thoroughly and answer any questions that we had. He clearly knew his trade well and had all the necessary equipment on hand, including the spare part required to complete the job fast.

I'm glad I called Bernie. It's become increasingly difficult to find a good, reasonable home repair person. I contacted about a half dozen vendors to repair rotted out wood and trim on my home. Some were referrals from reputable vendors like Lowe's and Home Depot. If by chance they did come out, they took notes, shook hands and said they would be in touch with an estimate. And that was the last I heard of them. Then I found Bernie. He's very pleasant, he listened, took notes, took pictures, and promptly sent a reasonable estimate. I accepted it. Then he did everything he said he was going to do with no bumps in the road. Along the way, I added some things to the original job. I was comfortable telling him to just add on to the original estimate because I could tell he cared about his work and would be fair. And he was. He was thorough, his workmanship was superior -- when two pieces of wood meet, well, he made sure there was no space between them. In fact, you can't really tell where they were spliced together. I was impressed. I offer him my highest recommendation.

Omg. I feel as if Anthony and Alberto are part of my family. Super friendly and articulate. Answered so many of my pedestrian questions about the faucet they installed. I feel fortunate to have had them in my home to install a new kitchen faucet. Worked cheerfully and gave complete instructions on the workings of the faucet. Thank you, Anthony and Alberto. Eddie is a true angel. My hot water heater burst on Sunday during the snow storm and he came to the rescue. I called at least 15 other companies before finding him. Not only did Eddie come from Fayetteville in the snow storm he did not overcharge me for his service. Eddie was professional and kind. He called later that night to ensure I was comfortable after he left. It is hard to find honest work but you can find it with Eddie ....not only HONEST but also AFFORDABLE.
