Chris Kreutzer, owner of Carrboro Plumbing, recently came to my home at 6 p.m. on a Friday to repair a cracked supply line at one of the toilets, which was leaking on the hardwood floor. At my request, he also replaced the similar lines on the other two toilets, plus one old fill valve and an angle stop, and he adjusted one other fill valve. Chris was very efficient, completing all the work in one hour, and he is exceptionally knowledgeable, intelligent, courteous and competent. In short, he and Carrboro Plumbing provided everything one could want in plumbing service in exemplary fashion; in addition, his charge for the occasion was very reasonable. I highly recommend Carrboro Plumbing!

Plumbing Services of Raleigh is excellent. I have used this company twice during emergencies. My hot water heater busted and Mr. Dobbs came immediately. He replaced the water heater and was efficient and effective in getting the job done. Sunday I had another emergency and again he responded immediately. During a time when customer service is at an all time low, due to worker shortages and increased demand, it's incredibly refreshing to call a business, have the owner answer the phone and and have same-day availability! Mr. William arrived within an hour of my call to fix my HVAC system that was not blowing hot or cold air. He asked if I wanted to watch him repair the unit and I enthusiastically said yes! Not many people take the time to walk you through through every step of the diagnostic tests. Once he pinpointed the issues (a safety feature that cut the system off and some faulty repairs from a previous HVAC company), I was quoted a price to repair, I signed off on the work and and my unit was back to operational within the hour. The whole process was informative, transparent and easy. Then I found out he not only repairs HVAC, but also plumbing and electrical. Last but not least, I love to support locally owned and operated, Black businesses. This was an all-around great experience and I will be calling again.

Wow! Doesn't get better than this. Above and beyond the best plumber...and we unfortunately had to experience our fair share with our commercial and residential properties. They were able to diagnose and problem solve a bathroom issue that stumped several other plumbers and ultimately saved us thousands of dollars of costly repairs that were not necessary. They are prompt, courteous, friendly, hardworking and knowledgeable.

Mr. Edwin Lazo, the licensed plumber, arrived on time and proceeded to access the slow leaking pipe. He let us know at each step what was happening. We were surprised to learn we had four leaks instead of just the one we had previously thought. Mr. Lazo repaired the water line, finished the job in a timely manner plus he made sure everything was neat and clean before he left. In addition, he assisted in locating our main shut off valve in our home.

Throughout the process Mr. Lazo was personable and professional.

The person who came out was very nice and professional. He had things working quickly and even double checked the order when he thought that one of the items we asked about would have to be a separate ticket with our warranty company. Once he discovered it was also on the order he fixed it right away. So we were thankful for that. I put the call in on Sat and received a call from the office on Monday with an 9-12 timeframe and within an hour had a call from the technician who arrived within 45-50 min. I was pleased and would use them again.
