The tech was great (Billy). Despite the weather he showed up and did a nice job on toilet repairs and sink faucet replacements. However, the original quote was not honored resulting in a $300 additional charge. What's the point in receiving a quote if it gets changed last minute, while the tech is standing in front of you? If you use this company, beware of up-charges.

I found a leak in my front yard on a Friday afternoon. They responded to my phone call immediately, they were at my house within an hour. The repair ended up requiring a new pipe installed from the street to the house. They came back the next day to complete the installation. I will definitely call them again for any future plumbing needs.

We recently purchased a home in the Raleigh area, and soon thereafter we were notified by the local water company that there was a significant leak somewhere on the property. We spoke with many different plumbers, but Eddie was clearly the best choice. He has more years of experience than I've been alive, charged reasonable rates, and was able to schedule a visit on the same day.

Once he was on-site, he identified the leak was within our irrigation system and was able to quickly shut off the leak without disrupting the flow to the house. He, unfortunately, didn't have the equipment to complete the repair, else I would have certainly contracted him to do so.

Overall, Eddie is a straight shooter and the type of person you'd comfortably recommend to friends and family - not just to random people on the internet!

The Happy Home sales person and the 5 technicians were all very professional and knowledgeable. The answered all of my questions and I had a lot of questions. During the installation process, Eric and Jayson discovered that we had a gas leak. The technicians would not leave until the gas issue was completely resolved. We were really please with the outcome. Trevor, thank you for helping Jayson get our hot water tank back to working. ☺
