Did a great job. Very happy with price and effective repairs. He also noticed a problem I hadn't seen and fixed that as well. Cannot go wrong with Carrboro Plumbing. But do not use their recommendations when they are too busy because I was very unhappy with their recommendated substitute plumber.

Very responsive and helpful. Came by to look at the problem, ended up fixing everything right then at a very fair price. Would definitely recommend.

Rob called en route (right on time!) and was a pleasure to work with. He spent some time investigating, addressed the exact issue and when I shared I was a new homeowner, he encouraged me to learn alongside him so I was more informed about how the different pieces worked and some tips for the future. Pricing was very fair and transparent, Rob was very skilled and personable, and the job was done quickly and well. Will certainly be my first call for any future plumbing needs!

Can't say enough good things about this company and the owner. Twice now we've called them with backed up/clogged drains that basically shut our house down. Both times they were onsite either same day or first thing next morning, both times they solved the problem pronto with no guesswork, upselling, or delays. Dan and his team (Don) spent two days to replace the old PolyB water supply pipes installed in 1995 for 2000 square feet single family house with Viega PEX. He listened my concerns, and provided his suggestions if needed. I can not expect more than he can offer. His service is fantastic so that the general contractor I hired for other tasks gave him the thumbs up. The drywall damage was minimum. I strongly suggest people contact his team first when you need plumbing service. At least I will !!! I wish I can give his work 6 rating if available .

Sven was prompt and professional! They were able to accommodate a same day appointment which is gold when one has a plumbing issue. Ibwill hire them for sure the next time I need a repair!

Bought an old house that needed a ton of repairs - sinks installed, showers switched out, etc etc. Basically everything and anything plumbing related was needed. Ethan with Joseph Rose responded quickly, gave us a free estimate, and his pricing was also the best from the quotes we got. He was able to start within 2 weeks. Organized, efficient, professional and honest. Can't really ask for anything more. I also felt very safe with home alone as a woman which is important. Great service - would hire again.

Received business card form Lowes as a referral. Called the number on the business card to get a quote on some plumbing work as i needed a new plumbing contractor for my rental properties. The woman who answered the phone was so rude and disrespectful. It is a shame to see competent contractors loose a job due to untrained and unprofessional associates. When i inquired about the cost of the service she responded with i dont know, im not a plumber how about take my information and pass to the plumber? or provide me with the contact number for the plumber if the one one the business card is incorrect?? Then to make it worst , when i decided that as a customer i didnt have to put up with her attitude, I said Thank you, ill call some one else she said yes, you do that ...

Dp&m was the company assigned through my home warranty company. May be an ok company for unclogging toilets, but anything beyond running a snake down the drain, I advise anyone using this company to watch the result of snaking the drain, as they will not bring anything to your attention, and will claim you need something beyond their ability, like a camera. You'll find out they (Elaine) says they assume finding something in you line, because they cant fix the issue, thus voiding the warranty company from fixing or addressing the problem further. I did not feel valued as a customer, and will never use or recommend this company. Elaine was rude, argumentative and unhelpful, just responds with this isn't our first rodeo.

There was no evidence of any blockage from the line that was run, I did not sign any report, and still have a blocked drain. Thanks for nothing, both the technician and Elaine.
