Timely and professional!

Very impressed by Cody’s knowledge and professionalism! He took time to explain the required repairs. Very prompt! My repairs had to be done, but I was somewhat surprised at the repair cost. Almost $3K and Cody was here for 6 hours. That figures to V be about $500/hr. He explained to me that Blanton’s uses a flat rate table to price each individual repair.

Called around 3 today because our furnace wasn’t turning on. We were told someone would be out today and that they’d call 30-45 minutes before arrival. At 9:00, we called again because no one had showed or called. The office was closed, so we went to bed. Around 9:30, we received a call and were asked if we still wanted the technician to come. Although we were aggravated by the time, we agreed. The technician showed up about 40 minutes later and started to diagnose the problem. He said it was the condensate pump and said it would be $517 to replace it. The pump costs $50, and we’ve had it replaced it before. Crazy to charge that much for a part. The technician was friendly and did his job but we are not impressed with this company - will stick to One Hour Green Horizon from now on.

Pat and I want to repeat to you what a good job Out Door Plumbing did in putting in our new water line. A job that was not routine. The line you installed was 530 ft from road to house and further you needed to connect to the house without breaking through our concrete garage floor.
You said that you and your crew would put in the new water line in about 2 days. But you organized the work so it was accomplished in one day. Not only that but you left the job without any visible damage to our property. You said when completed, we would not know you had been here— and it was true!

We thank you and your crew for a faultless job and appreciate your addressing our concerns with patient explanations and kindness.

We are totally impressed with the integrity and professionalism displayed by you and your company and employees. Something not always on display in today’s world.

Josh did a great job diagnosing a leaking dishwasher, replacing, and installing a new one. Professional, knowledgeable, courteous, and reliable. Also helped connect us with mitigation services,

Troy came out on an emergency call when our pressure tank sprung a leak. Although he could not replace the tank that night (the right solution to the problem) he did a temporary fix that allowed us to have water until the next day when he replaced the tank. Great work and obviously someone who takes pride in doing things right. I would certainly call them again if I had other plumbing problems.

These guys are great. Was able to get a next day appointment, fitting me in between many calls, they diagnosed and cleared the pipe and identified a broken pipe which they are fitting into the schedule to fix ASAP. They provide updates at every step and pictures to show you what they are talking about. Great service, reasonable price, honest business people! Thank you to Tracy and his crew and to Danielle in the office for being awesome!

I was very satisfied with the service. The plumber was very pleasant in knowledgeable and did a very good job of removing the old kitchen faucet and installing the new. The cost, $215, was more than I had expected but worth it because I could not perform the job myself.

Greene Hunt Plumbers was referred to me by a neighbor, who was very pleased with their services. I called Greene Hunt for an estimate of the work that needed to be done and the owner was able to come that same day. Our home had old metal water pipes underneath and we had a bad leak where a pipe had burst. Greene Hunt replaced all of those old pipes with new PVC pipes. They did a fantastic job and now the water pressure is so much better in our home. The workers were very knowledgeable and courteous, and the work was neatly done. We are so very pleased with the outcome and we have recommended them to others as well. They are now my official plumbing company!

Omg. I feel as if Anthony and Alberto are part of my family. Super friendly and articulate. Answered so many of my pedestrian questions about the faucet they installed.
