Best Drain Pipes in Durham NC

I've been using Carrboro Plumbing since 2009 for my in home plumbing needs as well as repairs to my rental properties. Chris and his crew are hands down the best plumbing company in the area--they're honest, easy to work with and more than fair on pricing. I couldn't recommend them enough.

They came out and replaced my Sewer Cap. Sam Wagner did the job and was very quick and was very professional and great to deal with! I will definitely use them again in the future!

I'm very glad I used Pure-Line when my garbage disposal started leaking. Jackie is always so kind and helpful on the phone. She called me as soon as she knew the tech was running behind (which happens in this business). I really appreciated the call so I could plan the day better. Edwin was my tech and he replaced the disposal quickly. He took the time to explain a few things with the new disposal and it's working beautifully. Their prices were more reasonable than some other plumbers. I'll definitely use them again.

The technician did not follow our instructions as to what we needed done. They told us they didn't do the drain type we were using and would connect to it later. When we installed the drain, a pipe needed to be cut. When they came to reinstall the pipe, they said didn't have the part needed and left with no communication with us. It was early enough in the day that they could've gotten the part. Now they are walking away or pushing us out two weeks when the inspector is scheduled next week. There are other alternatives in the area, use them.

Update:

While the update certainly reads well from a marketing perspective, the bottom line is that this company took a full price check and delivered part time results. On top of this their inability to communicate with their customer correctly and be fully prepared for their work, would have pushed us back more if not for other options we have found. And unlike the insinuation in the owners update, their was nothing that was requested that wouldn't meet code, simply a company full of themselves and falling well short of expectations. Look elsewhere ladies and gentlemen there are many other options that will finish the work without delay or communication breakdowns.

CDK plumbing is wonderful. I called them originally to fix my water heater. The owner, Dan, came over right away to diagnose the problem and was able to get it fixed quickly. They are very reliable, do great work, and are priced fairly. Since then, I've called on them a couple more times for other plumbing needs.

No one showed up, I called back and they told me the man was out of town for the weekend. I said ok, so I guess that was more important than the appointment that he made with me. And the girl said I guess so. No way to run a business !!

Was provided with a fair quote over the phone to replace a water line in the yard, and they stuck to the quote. The price was very competitive for the work. They showed up when promised (in N. Raleigh), worked hard and focused, and completed it that day. Everyone was very polite. Very happy with the results and I will call on them again, as well as refer them to neighbors. Devlin plumbing is an amazing company. Their service is impeccable, they are polite responsive, the plumbers know their craft They are very respectful of the cleanliness of your home when they are there to work. They are on time, dependable and reasonably priced. Billy is one of the service men and he is extremely polite, considerate and really knows his business. I wouldn't call any other plumber.

Our garbage disposable was leaking water under the sink. I called Ekard Drain and they came the same day. Jason was professional and friendly. He replaced it with a new one in no time. We were satisfied with everything. I would use them again if I needed to.
