The expansion tank on my water heater was leaking. After Hours Plumbing was quick and ready to take on the job. A gentleman named Matt made contact with me before arriving to let me know beforehand. They fixed the expansion tank quickly and professionally. They even added in some straps to hold the tank in place and not have its own weight pulling on it. Matt and his helper did an amazing job and were insanely quick at getting us hot water again. Thank you so much.

When we needed a new pressure tank and related work done, PlumbServe came through and saved the day! They were very knowledgeable and helped explained many things that I didn’t know.

I have nothing but praises for my experience. I was given a window of 8:00am to 11:00am. Edwin and (I forgot his associate's name) showed on time. They were friendly, professional, warm and patient with me. They worked efficiently and were respectful of my home. This is completely contrary to the service I received from a competitor. He showed late, did not cover his work boots, tried to bully me into additional work and was extremely very unprofessional. The competitor, Happy Home, wanted to charge me $525.00. Pure-Line's cost was $236.00.

CW came analyzed the issues and repaired. He was friendly and professional at all times. We appreciated his work and concern about our being without hot water.

We used CDK Plumbing to plumb a bathroom and two extra sink areas in a basement we are finishing. The first time they came out they were professional and courteous. Yesterday, the came out to finish the job, since the drywall and painting was done, by putting in the toilet and sink. The first problem with communication came when they failed to call me or my husband to let us know they were coming out. I was surprised when they rang the doorbell as I was getting ready to leave for work. Since I didn't know they were coming, I had not arranged to work from home nor did I have anyone who was able to stay at the house that day. I let them in, showed them around and told them to call me if they needed anything. I remarked that the lead guy was not the same one who had been out here doing the work the first time. When I came home, I was surprised to find 8 holes in the ceiling where they were looking for a valve shut-off. Many of the holes are as big as my head. First of all, I think they should have written down where they had installed the valve on our paperwork, so that if they weren't going to send the same guy out, it would have been well documented. Alternatively, in this age of camera phones, they could have taken pictures after everything was installed, to document where they had installed all the valves - this is what the electrician had done. Finally, NOBODY CALLED US! I would think it would be a policy that if you were to cut into the drywall, you would CALL THE HOMEOWNER first. We remembered where the valves were installed and could have, with a 5 minute phone call, instructed them on the location so that they would have had to only make one or maybe two holes looking for it - NOT 8! I cannot fathom what when through their heads after hole, say 5, to not think - maybe I should contact the homeowner and let them know I'm turning their brand new, perfect, expensive, painted drywall into swiss cheese. At no point in time were either my husband nor I contacted by them. Not even when they were done; so we were left to discover this mistake by ourselves. This company waisted time (how long does it take to cut 8 separate holes? how long will it take us to fix 8 separate holes?) and money (How much will it cost us, an expense that they say is ours deal with). Communication is cheap and easy. Communication is the key to a happy homeowner. A 5 minute call would have saved the company from this bad review. I would not recommend CDK Plumbing until they review their communication policy and make sure they keep the homeowners in the loop.

Update: I have now spoken with our contractor, who takes partial responsibility for the above situations, since he approved ONE hole to be cut into the ceiling. The owner of CDK has also called and apologized for the mistake. I appreciate how he took responsibility for the situation. He has promised to pay for the repair. Therefore I am raising my review by one star.

Brad came out to check what was wrong with our a/c...he was very knowledgeable but could not locate the parts needed in NC. He called in Adante to help us figure out what kind of unit we could use. Adante was so nice and looked for a/c and heating unit to replace our almost 21 year unit. We lost a/c Tues July 5 th and a new unit was put in Fri July 8 th. We had to stay due to my sick Mama that has to stay in a hospital bed in our house. There was 1 small issue that we were afraid to use the unit Friday night/ Saturday but Arturo came Saturday evening because we couldn't use it and found that it was a issue that would not damage anything. They put several safety measures on their a/c heating units. Overall a good experience.

When I thought it was time for a new water heater, it was just a matter of lighting my pilot light. Joe was able to come by within the hour and help me out at no charge! Now, that's great customer service! Thanks, Joe!

Out The Door Plumbing did a most impressive job fixing a leak in the water line in the slab of my home. Before starting work, Hutch communicated very clearly to me that the repair would be complicated and that the extent and cost of the job depended on what they found once they dug up the line. He provided separate (and accurate) estimates for two possible scopes of work. The team was professional and courteous and consulted with me on every step of the repair process. I could not be more pleased with the outcome and give this company my highest recommendation.

Our plumber was punctual and friendly, taking his time to explain the process of drain clearing thoroughly and answer any questions that we had. He clearly knew his trade well and had all the necessary equipment on hand, including the spare part required to complete the job fast.

Was provided with a fair quote over the phone to replace a water line in the yard, and they stuck to the quote. The price was very competitive for the work. They showed up when promised (in N. Raleigh), worked hard and focused, and completed it that day. Everyone was very polite. Very happy with the results and I will call on them again, as well as refer them to neighbors. Good business to work with.

When I called Devlin Plumbing I was pleased they could come out on such short notice, in this case within 2 hours of my call. Billy was great, he replaced 2 hose bibs, and while he was there we discussed replacing the pressure valve and putting an expansion tank on the hot water heater, so that was done as well. I would definitely recommend Devlin Plumbing.

Our garbage disposable was leaking water under the sink. I called Ekard Drain and they came the same day. Jason was professional and friendly. He replaced it with a new one in no time. We were satisfied with everything. I would use them again if I needed to.
