I'm very glad I used Pure-Line when my garbage disposal started leaking. Jackie is always so kind and helpful on the phone. She called me as soon as she knew the tech was running behind (which happens in this business). I really appreciated the call so I could plan the day better. Edwin was my tech and he replaced the disposal quickly. He took the time to explain a few things with the new disposal and it's working beautifully. Their prices were more reasonable than some other plumbers. I'll definitely use them again.

They were able to come on Christmas Eve to fix my faucet, a last minute emergency! I was expecting guests for a huge Christmas dinner and had no water! They were prompt, professional, and very thorough. They saved me from a nightmare situation on a day when many people needed help (freezing weather, broken pipes), yet they fit me in. I recently relocated to Raleigh and had some work done on the house that required the carpenters to remove the toilet to lay down a wood floor. It was obvious that the wax seal had deteriorated and needed to be replaced. I researched plumbers on YELP and found that CK Plumbing had excellent reviews. I called to make an appointment and everyone I dealt with was helpful and friendly. Sean and his coworker showed up at my house on schedule, re-placed the wax ring and re-seated the toilet. The charge was what was quoted. I won't hesitate to call them again for more work, or when I redo my bathroom.

Arrived on time, very professional, got my sink drain resolved and even assessed and made some general recommendations on my overall house plumbing. I wouldn’t hesitate to hire them again, very well done!

Adrian and Rooter-Rooter successfully unclogged our kitchen sink drain. This was a tricky job because our house is old, and the connections between the various drain lines are obscure. We were very pleased with the timely service call and professionalism. They explained everything clearly and cheerfully, and helped us better understand how our 100 year-old farmhouse is plumbed! The pricing was fair, and I would not hesitate to call Rooter-Rooter again.

I called after seeing a sign near Grove Barton road and received a very fast response. Not only were they responsive to my request in a quick manner but arrived in a quick manner also.

I do not usually write reviews, but this one I had to. I called Acme plumbing one night in desperation when my ceiling started to leak. They managed to send someone out as an emergency consultation. However, they had a totally wrong diagnosis and they did not thoroughly check where the leak was. Worse still, they said that the leak was from the toilet, and recommended that we remove the entire toilet and put in a new one. I consulted another plumber who dug a hole in the ceiling and found out exactly what the problem was. Acme charged me $149 for the emergency consultation, which is fine I accepted that, but thank god i did not allow them to remove my toilet! They wanted to charge another $250! And to get me to join their club which I had to pay a yearly subscription. Totally unethical. People in durham, please get your plumbing needs someone else.

TL;DR: not thorough, wrong diagnosis, over-charged.

Edit to add: after a lot of back and forth, it was discovered that the consultation decisions were not communicated to the office or sent on to the warehouse, which is why the first faucet was nothing like what I asked for. After texting Mr. Sparrow directly, a suitable replacement faucet was found and installed. I recommend trying to get in touch with Mr. Sparrow directly as he worked to get everything right. The other people seemed less interested in what I wanted and more in just getting a job done.
Not only did it take 2 weeks from consultation(which they were late for) to scheduling the install of my kitchen faucet, they didn't confirm with me the choice of faucet. It took a week to get someone scheduled to come in, then he didn't show up to work on the day. Had to reschedule for another day, their office scheduled for a time I wasn't available despite me confirming over the phone a different time. After another rescheduling, he installed a faucet I don't like that was not what I discussed during the initial consultation a month ago, and he left the old sprayer hose in place because he didn't have the part to cover the hole it would leave. Absolutely do NOT recommend, under any circumstances, you use this company.

I would 100% recommend this company! I wanted a new toilet installed. I called Frank Polk and he was very professional. Frank came on time and did an excellent job installing the new toilet. He did it very quickly! The prices are fair and Frank educated me on plumbing issues. Overall great communication and customer service.
