Best Drain Issue in Durham NC

I called David after hours and he came to fix my issues immediately! He offers a one year warranty on his work, and he actually honors that warranty. I called him back for an issue that i thought was related to the inital call, but wasn't and he fixed it for a minimal charge anyway! It is rare to find a company that has such great service after the sale. I would recommend Plumbing Services of Raleigh to anyone!

Rob called en route (right on time!) and was a pleasure to work with. He spent some time investigating, addressed the exact issue and when I shared I was a new homeowner, he encouraged me to learn alongside him so I was more informed about how the different pieces worked and some tips for the future. Curry and his team (Kim, Samantha), were the only company that was responding over the weekend I reached out to. They pro-actively ordered the water heater that I was interested in. Alfredo from ARS was polite and efficient. I called to get repair work done and while doing the repairs, he showed me pictures of bacteria growing in the AC unit. He recommended the HVAC system and explained to me what it does. He made sure i understood what i was getting. After the installation, he showed me the work he performed. He did a thorough job.

Pat and I want to repeat to you what a good job Out Door Plumbing did in putting in our new water line. A job that was not routine. The line you installed was 530 ft from road to house and further you needed to connect to the house without breaking through our concrete garage floor.
You said that you and your crew would put in the new water line in about 2 days. But you organized the work so it was accomplished in one day. Not only that but you left the job without any visible damage to our property. You said when completed, we would not know you had been here— and it was true!
