Nate and his helper (whose name I've forgotten) were polite, tidy, professional and friendly. They did a great job installing our new water heater, including dealing with some special requirements we threw at them. I was particularly pleased by the fact that they showed no displeasure when I asked them to mask up inside our house - very different from other tradesmen, who roll their eyes and groan and otherwise let you know they think you're stupid. After years of searching, I have finally found a plumber I can welcome into my home with confidence.

Eddie came to the rescue on a SUNDAY when all the other places were closed. He came from Fayetteville to Raleigh and didn’t charge me an extra for a “after hours” or “weekend” fee. He fixed my shower valve in the wall (softball sized opening) without damaging any of the tile, sheet rock, or dry wall. I will use him again for sure! Thanks!

Noah was wonderful. He installed a programmable Honeywell thermostat today. He helped me set up the app on my phone. He also explained the various types of thermostats and what they will do. Noah also indicated that our filters need changing :-) and we will take care of that in the next couple of days. JD Service Now--always wonderful!!
