These guys are excellent. I have had them replace a faucet and a garbage disposal. They also replaced my water heater. They are prompt and their techs are great!
I would recommend them to anyone in need of a routine or emergency repair.

Ben and his apprentice were professional, friendly, explained everything (even showed me guages), answered my Qs, tested the valve they replaced, and bled air out of system.

Had to get my main line replaced and looked everywhere for estimates and options and Mr Lane was the best option by far. It was a pleasure to deal with him, his crew was on time and very professional, he had a reasonable price and was understanding and open to work with me on the best payment options. Definitely would recommend and will work with them again.

Roto Rooter, not only took care of my toilet’s issue the same day, but got here 1 1/2 hours after I called! The technician was pleasant and professional. He took care of the problem in about a 1/2 hour. He also cleaned the scale off the toilet bowl free of charge! All good!👍🏼😁

I've had Wake Forest Plumbing to do 2 jobs at my house. They were responsive, professional, and reasonably priced both times. My search for a good plumber has ended :-) Great job guys!

Edit: They have done additional jobs for me and my neighbors. I am still impressed with the service, and their practical approach to making repairs.

Total Plumbing was able to take care of my property within 12 hours and professionally clean out my drain and all my problems. My garbage disposal was broken and I was having trouble fixing it after numerous YouTube tutorials!My technician was so friendly. He arrived quickly, listened to my problem, fixed it in under 10 minutes, and showed me tricks to fix it myself in the future!They were reasonably priced for a plumbing service too :)

Jordan Plumbing installed my RPZ Valve used for irrigation system backflow prevention per all Durham plumbing codes and everything passed inspection quickly. The work was completed in a high quality manner and the price was fair. I plan to use them again.

Prompt service same evening we discovered the leak in the not water heater. Joe came and assessed the situation, determined that we needed a new heater and it was done and installed the next day by 6pm. Great work. Thank you.

The two technicians Starkey and Antonio were very professional, friendly and knowledgeable. Great service.

Used their service to replace my old electrical water heater with Hybrid water heater, they did not finish their job of connecting the electrical cables to new water heater as cables were short, they left saying that an electrician has to do the job, which they did not give an estimate before starting the job.
They did not use CPVC pipes, did not put the water heater on existing stand, and they were asking for more to add extra CPCV pipes that are required for my new water heater.
Basically i can tell they were very unprofessional, but they charge as other professionals do. DON'T HIRE THEM.
