I have nothing but praises for my experience. I was given a window of 8:00am to 11:00am. Edwin and (I forgot his associate's name) showed on time. They were friendly, professional, warm and patient with me. They worked efficiently and were respectful of my home. This is completely contrary to the service I received from a competitor. He showed late, did not cover his work boots, tried to bully me into additional work and was extremely very unprofessional. The competitor, Happy Home, wanted to charge me $525.00. Pure-Line's cost was $236.00.

We have used them for two separate issues and they have been prompt, courteous, and knowledgeable as they took care of our problem. I called on a Monday morning because we had started having this knocking and shaking every time we flush the toilet, or used the washing machine. They actually answered the phone! The lead plumber was able to troubleshoot and even give a range estimate over the phone and send someone out to solve our issue that very day! Everything is running fine, it cost what they said it would (on the low end), So grateful! Highly recommend.

This company made my day! They are professional and responsive. I said I had a leak and the owner said guys will be there within an hour. The 2 guys, Eric and Dalton, were friendly, funny and put me at ease. They explained the issue, repaired it and I believe the cost more than fair.

I emailed Josh for a quote to install an outdoor spigot. He had great reviews on Angi and Facebook. He responded quickly and came out the next day to do a quote. He returned the next week and completed the job to my great satisfaction!! I will hire Josh again!!

I've had Wake Forest Plumbing to do 2 jobs at my house. They were responsive, professional, and reasonably priced both times. My search for a good plumber has ended :-) Great job guys!

I had my main water shut off valve fail on a weekend afternoon with three kids and three pets in the house! My husband was repairing a minor leak in the kid’s bathroom and once the water was shut off to complete the repair, it wouldn’t come back on. Needless to say, Drain Express was extremely responsive, and sent someone out within the hour! On a Sunday! The technician that responded was polite, professional and worked quickly to restore our valve. I am impressed and very pleased with the quality of work and responsiveness I received from this company. I would definitely recommend anyone else needing some repairs done (emergency or not) to use Drain Express. 10/10 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I recently relocated to Raleigh and had some work done on the house that required the carpenters to remove the toilet to lay down a wood floor. It was obvious that the wax seal had deteriorated and needed to be replaced. I researched plumbers on YELP and found that CK Plumbing had excellent reviews. I called to make an appointment and everyone I dealt with was helpful and friendly. Sean and his coworker showed up at my house on schedule, re-placed the wax ring and re-seated the toilet. The charge was what was quoted. I won't hesitate to call them again for more work, or when I redo my bathroom.

Total Plumbing was able to take care of my property within 12 hours and professionally clean out my drain and all my problems. I would recommend Reagan and his company to anyone who needs any service in the area! They showed up on time and professionally diagnosed the issue and explained how they were going to resolve it.

I believe I was way over charged for work that was not done namely my septic leak was not fixed and puddling is much worse. I had a real septic tank company out today. He said the two way valve was not needed. If more exploring would have been done the plugged oipe would have been cleared out.I was told by RR that I had two tanks but I only have one tank. Now I have to pay the real guy near to what I paid RR, 2600, and I don't believe that is fair. A sizable refund should begiven to me. The Workman was friendly so one star.Update.I had a rapid response to my complaint. Two guys came out, one with a camera, sorry I don’t your name, and the other, Devin Seals. Devin worked two days and found the problem. So far everything looks good. The earlier visit was made by Kanji who was another professional friendly workman.I appreciate John Evans for sticking with me and Devin and seems to have solve the problem over the phone. My advice is to keep customer posted as to when visits will occur, text or phone.To customers, make sure you don’t have a leaking tap!!Thank you RotoRooter.

Two days before Christmas my garbage disposal and pipes under my sink just fell apart. Dustin was at my house within two hours and had a new garbage disposal installed, everything working, and even checked a few things for me as a courtesy, like my water heater and water pressure. I appreciated his prompt response, his courteous demeanor, and the fact that he got everything fixed in time for Christmas!

Used their service to replace my old electrical water heater with Hybrid water heater, they did not finish their job of connecting the electrical cables to new water heater as cables were short, they left saying that an electrician has to do the job, which they did not give an estimate before starting the job.
They did not use CPVC pipes, did not put the water heater on existing stand, and they were asking for more to add extra CPCV pipes that are required for my new water heater.
Basically i can tell they were very unprofessional, but they charge as other professionals do. DON'T HIRE THEM.
