We recently had Plumbserve, LLC install the main water line when we went from a well to using municipal water. We got quotes from several other plumbing companies as well. Plumbserve was the most knowledgeable as well as provided the best quote. Another company’s quote was about 3x what Plumbserve quoted, for exactly the same work! The Plumbserve tech that did the main work did an excellent job, especially with explaining everything and patiently answering all of my many questions. I definitely recommend them!

I have nothing but praises for my experience. I was given a window of 8:00am to 11:00am. Edwin and (I forgot his associate's name) showed on time. They were friendly, professional, warm and patient with me. They worked efficiently and were respectful of my home. This is completely contrary to the service I received from a competitor. He showed late, did not cover his work boots, tried to bully me into additional work and was extremely very unprofessional. The competitor, Happy Home, wanted to charge me $525.00. Pure-Line's cost was $236.00.

Had a main water supply line break and called 3 different companies to come out and assess the situation. One company never returned the call. The other company called back 2 days later and said their crew was on the way over but wanted to know how much pipe they needed to bring. I asked them to come out and inspect what the problem was first but they refused. Stated they could come run new pipe that day but if I wanted just an estimate, it would take them 3 weeks to arrive!!

But luckily the 3rd company was CDK Plumbing. Dan came out and found the leaking pipe. I did not have to run a new line since he found the leak was not under my concrete slab. Dan and his crew dug up the pipe, found the leak and repaired it in a couple of hours. They even came in and cleaned out the faucet heads which collected sand debris from the leak. And his price was very reasonable. I have no doubt that any other plumber in this area would have charged me twice as much than CDK Plumbing. I can not say enough great things about Dan and CDK. This company is very honest and professional, they will be the first plumber I call in the future. Don't hesitate to hire CDK over any other plumber in Raleigh, Cary, Apex, Holly Springs or surrounding areas!

I had a clogged toilet that one plumbing business couldn't get and said I needed a new toilet. JR Lane Plumbing came out and was able to unclog the toilet in less than 5 minutes! The team was very professional, nice, and helpful.

Dalton was very efficient and showed up on time. He resolved all of our issues. I will call him again should I need any plumbing work done.

Brandon is a great guy and super easy to work with. Our kitchen sink was leaking like crazy underneath. Stuff was flooding. He got out quickly and made me a priority and fixed the problem and installed a new faucet for us. I have found my plumber for the future. It's been quite a month for plumbing issues around here. First the toilet upstairs leaked, flooding the bathroom upstairs and flowing downstairs as well, and the shower needed a new cartridge but was stuck. Not a month after that the toilet downstairs backed up from a root blockage in the main pipe. Ryan helped with the first issue, and Tim with the second. Both were extremely professional to work with and did the job quickly and well. They also scheduled the water mitigation appointments which were also handled professionally and in a timely fashion. I will definitely be working with Roto Rooter for any future plumbing needs!

Drain Express replaced our on-site septic system with a connection to the local sewer utility. The crew did high quality work. They were responsive to our requests, courteous and motivated to do a good job. I highly recommend Drain Express.

I recently relocated to Raleigh and had some work done on the house that required the carpenters to remove the toilet to lay down a wood floor. It was obvious that the wax seal had deteriorated and needed to be replaced. I researched plumbers on YELP and found that CK Plumbing had excellent reviews. I called to make an appointment and everyone I dealt with was helpful and friendly. Sean and his coworker showed up at my house on schedule, re-placed the wax ring and re-seated the toilet. The charge was what was quoted. I won't hesitate to call them again for more work, or when I redo my bathroom.

Omg. I feel as if Anthony and Alberto are part of my family. Super friendly and articulate. Answered so many of my pedestrian questions about the faucet they installed. I feel fortunate to have had them in my home to install a new kitchen faucet. Worked cheerfully and gave complete instructions on the workings of the faucet. Thank you, Anthony and Alberto. Doalton and Charlie from 1-800-Plumber, arrived around 8:30 am to assess our damage and get my approval to proceed. Later, the owner (?) and another associate showed up and the four of them proceeded to tear up our stained ceiling.

Holes were cut near each of the two ceiling stains. Hand probing could detect no moisture near the perimeter of each of the holes. A third hole was cut with similar results. In the meantime, water was run in all upstairs showers, toilets. tubs and sinks: still no moisture.

Meanwhile, Charlie, who was flushing the toilet in our “purple” bathroom, notice that it was loose on its base and rocked when pushed aside. That action was followed by a small flow of water near one of the holes. Further inspection exposed a faulty connection of toilet to base: it’s flange was higher than the surrounding tile. This meant that when the toilet was flushed and tilted slightly, water leaked around the outflow tubing, ran along the outside of that tubing, and dripped off it at its lowest points above the stains.

Two solutions were presented. First, replace the flange. That would entail hand shaping the replacement, and would involve tearing up some of the tiles. Second, replace the toilet with one that sat lower on its flange. The second was chosen based on its being much cheaper and much less destructive.

It is 2:30 pm, the toilet is installed, their mess is cleaned up as best as could be done, and their trash is being hauled away as I type.

Long job, difficult issue, but well done. And the overall price, though higher than we initially assumed, was fair for all the time and labor.

I would definitely recommend this company.

Sparrow Plumbing is an excellent company. They came over and put in a new mixing valve and trim package on my existing shower. They also did the rough in work (new water lines etc.) for a new shower. Regarding the later, they had to get a bit creative to fit it all in. These folks are fair, honest and do excellent work. Mr. Sparrow will come over and give you an estimate in advance. They have my highest recommendation.
