Alfredo and Omar were terrific. I had a part go bad on my water heater and Alfredo went the extra mile making sure the manufacturer warranty paid for the part. I was impressed with the effort Alfredo took with me to educate me what to do if I ever have trouble again like where the water shutoff is on the tank, how to restart the pilot light, where to look to see the pilot light, instructed me about importance of keeping clutter away from the tank. All this was very much appreciated

They messaged me within a few minutes and even told me they could come first thing in the morning. These guys were so professional, friendly and just really down to earth. They came in, looked at the job, explained it to me and gave me an outstanding price. My experience with this company has been beyond outstanding. I have nothing but praises for my experience. I was given a window of 8:00am to 11:00am. Edwin and (I forgot his associate's name) showed on time. They were friendly, professional, warm and patient with me. They worked efficiently and were respectful of my home. This is completely contrary to the service I received from a competitor. He showed late, did not cover his work boots, tried to bully me into additional work and was extremely very unprofessional. The competitor, Happy Home, wanted to charge me $525.00. Pure-Line's cost was $236.00.

I had questions and he very patiently answered me. Mitchell was personable and professional. Job well done.

I called to make an appointment and everyone I dealt with was helpful and friendly. Sean and his coworker showed up at my house on schedule, re-placed the wax ring and re-seated the toilet. The charge was what was quoted. I won't hesitate to call them again for more work, or when I redo my bathroom.

Rooter man is THE ONLY company to call..Anthony and Alberto came to my home when I was having a major sewer problem. I tried to fix the problem myself with no success. They took time to discuss the situation and resolved my issue Fast. I was amazed by the equipment that they had at their disposal even ran a camera in the pipes when they were done to make sure all obstructions were removed from my sewer line. I had a toilet and sink installed and Charlie F. did a fantastic job. He of course installed the equipment but also made sure that it all operated at maximum performance. Then he gave us an education on how to maintain peak performance. Service like that is so important and valuable when you are remodeling a bathroom. Our home was built before 1940 too so it was not an easy job due to different ways of building back then. But Charlie was a pro working with all the challenges.

I recently had two appointments with Sparrow and Sons inside of one week at two different locations. They got us on the schedule within 24-48 hours, were excellent communicators, showed up exactly in the time frame they said they would, and did excellent work quickly and efficiently. They are highly skilled and competent, and they don’t dawdle. They get in and they get out. 10/11 would recommend.
