We had an incredible experience with Carrboro Plumbing. We have used them twice so far. The company is run by a local couple. They are very responsive, professional and they do great work in a faster time frame than most local companies.

I'm very glad I used Pure-Line when my garbage disposal started leaking. Jackie is always so kind and helpful on the phone. She called me as soon as she knew the tech was running behind (which happens in this business). I really appreciated the call so I could plan the day better. Edwin was my tech and he replaced the disposal quickly. He took the time to explain a few things with the new disposal and it's working beautifully. Their prices were more reasonable than some other plumbers. I'll definitely use them again.

My water heater broke and after getting a very high quote from another company I called Full Stack on a Thursday at 0800. They fit me in to give a quote by 1100 and offered to schedule my replacement the next day or Saturday, whatever was most convenient. A very low pressure environment where they encouraged me to see what fit my budget. Out of Lowes, ARS, Dr. Drain, and Home Depot they were the most affordable, timely, and highest quality.

My only regret of the entire process is I didn’t call them first. I would have saved myself a lot of stress

All I can say is WOW, Mr. T.I.M. was completely awesome!!! He arrived super fast, within less than an hour of my call. He was so incredibly helpful, diagnosed our drainage problem quickly and gave it the full fix. I am new to having a home with a septic system, and he was the professor who taught me a ton about how best to maintain things now that the blockages are cleared. We had an emergency plumbing situation with our water heater at 4:30 am and we called and left our information with the company. We were transferred to someone promptly and they talked us through turning off the water main from the street as the one in the home wasn’t working. It helped us so much and the plumber came out within a few hours and we received text notification when he was on his way. Super helpful and responsive!
