Best Bathtub/Shower Installation in Durham NC

I've used them twice now. Once for a shower faucet, other time for a vanity installation. They are awesome. From making the appointment, to the guys coming out, the work, the payment, you name it, they are top notch and will use them again and suggest them to others.

I called early this morning during inclement weather. We had snow last night so the roads were covered. The hot water heater at my rental property had a bad leak. Mr. Lane was very courteous and had a technician at the house in approximately 1 hour. Once the hot water heater is installed I will come back on to review how that process went.

Acme seems to really have their act together on all fronts -- from how the tech handled customer interaction to the IT aspects (email and texts, the GPS tracker-link that came with the message saying our tech was en route, the electronic receipt which included a breakdown of what was done and all the things I'd finger-signed on the tech's tablet...) to knowing what equipment was needed, understanding the chemistry of what was happening in the pipes, and being able to quote a precise figure before starting work. I was, in fact, impressed.

Herbert Gilmore did a great job under the house. It was a bit expensive (plumbing work seems to be). He was very professional and answered any questions we had. There was only one problem. When the drain line was being cut out, the vertical line from the bottom of the sink dropped about 4 inches to the floor. Luckily, it had an expandable section that held until after we tested the line by running some water. We noticed it the next day and were able to secure the drain and had no need to call for help. In all, it was a good experience.

We've used Roto-Rooter twice in the past year. The first time they unclogged a drain and ran a camera to discover any potential future issues. And more recently to diagnose a sewer smell. Both times they were on time, professional and reasonably priced.

Prompt and professional. Toilet was repaired quickly and explanation of the problem and solution was provided. Will definitely use again.

Logan was referred to me by a friend who has used his services. I had a broken Bib Hose and Logan was able to make it to my house within a few days. Showed up on time, did a great job and was quick! I have him coming back for additional work and look forward to referring him going forward.

Justin, the tech Progressive sent to diagnose a problem and who replaced my hot water heater, was terrific. He was knowledgeable, thorough, and communicative and alerted me to another issue he discovered. I will request him every time.

Justin did a great job! We called him to take a look at our gas line and to verify if we had a leakage. He was on time, professional, and very knowledgeable. We will definitely be reaching back out to him in the future.
