Best Bath Tub in Durham NC

We are remodeling our 50yo master bathroom and the tub was a one-piece unit. The crew sent to replace the old tub with a larger new tub did a fantastic job. The framing was not square and it was a difficult job to get the new unit places and re-install new plumbing. The crew did not give up and followed through until the installation was completed. Definitely would recommend Carrboro Plumbing for any project.

Matt did a wonderful job installing our tankless water heater! Very knowledgeable and friendly. He showcased his finished work, let me know if the next steps I needed to do(electrician for grounding) and showed me how to operate my new water heater.

I'm very glad I used Pure-Line when my garbage disposal started leaking. Jackie is always so kind and helpful on the phone. She called me as soon as she knew the tech was running behind (which happens in this business). I really appreciated the call so I could plan the day better. Edwin was my tech and he replaced the disposal quickly. He took the time to explain a few things with the new disposal and it's working beautifully. Their prices were more reasonable than some other plumbers. I'll definitely use them again.

Warren and Sons was beyond incredible! They arrived fast, were professional, and went way above and beyond to help manage any water damage too. They were clear and concise with the issues we were having and communicated the fix and associated charges prior to doing the work. They also clearly worked hard to find the issue resulting in the smallest charge needed rather than just replacing everything and charging a lot. It is also a locally owned and operated business and they presented themselves incredibly ethically. I won't be using anyone beyond Warren and Sons moving forward and have let all my friends know too!

Our plumber was punctual and friendly, taking his time to explain the process of drain clearing thoroughly and answer any questions that we had. He clearly knew his trade well and had all the necessary equipment on hand, including the spare part required to complete the job fast.

Bernie did an excellent job with several small jobs I needed done. The jobs included replace ceiling fan, replace smoke detector, seal storage room walls, repair storage room door that was sticking, repair floor transition, move shower curtain rod higher, replace insulation on front door and fix front door leaning to side. I received a detailed quote within two days of the consult visit. The quote was reasonable and included all supplies. Communication was excellent during the job. Bernie offered advice regarding the jobs that I really appreciated. I am recommending Bernie to my neighbors and will use him again.

These guys can figure anything out! They seriously have their customer's best interest at heart, are honest and smart. Our basement has a sewer pump that another well-known, local company was going to charge $2,000 to vent. Drain Express found the already installed vent and fixed what was actually a very minor problem. I would call them for any job big or small. You guys are amazing. I have used PK Plumbing twice now, and have been very impressed with their skill, service, and attention to detail. I used them first for an emergency issue, which they responded to promptly and stayed into the evening to resolve for me. I then used them for a larger more intensive plumbing pipe project--their quote was competitive, they scheduled it quickly, and despite the challenging nature of the outdoor project, they made it completely painless for me. Edwin is a great communicator, has the advanced equipment to handle even the toughest jobs, and just plain knows his stuff! Will be relying on him in the future for sure.

Absolutely thrilled. Had a broken pipe on 12/23 after 7:00 pm and 18 degrees. Called BF at 8:15 and a technician (Chris) was at my home by 9:30pm and emergency problem fixed. Amazing service.
