After sending phots & discussing scope of a small project, they failed to arrive, not just at the agreed time, but at all! We rescheduled 2 more times and I was shined off each time. Very disappointing!

These guys were champions. After a potentially very expensive misdiagnosis from another drain company, I called Arctic Sewer and Drain. The owner was super helpful on the phone and talked me through what was likely happening with my backed up drain. They came out the same day as soon as I got home from work and found the actual problem, which was just a clog which they cleared in a few minutes. They took the time to show me what was going on and explained everything. Took a load of stress off my mind and the price was great.

Our mainline got a good joggle from the big earthquakes in January and November of 2018. I've been using enzyme based openers and got everything flowing again.Only the kitchen sink had problems and my husband got handy with removing the trap and sending a snake down. On Saturday our luck ran out- the backup was too far down the line.Our neighbor told us about DrainMasters and how they FIXED the problem. Our homes were built in the 1950's, so they need a good cleanout!Called DrainMasters. Rees Lee was able to get to the problem and auger it clear. All that we did was great- for 60% of the line. The last forty needed some help.Rees also gave me some pointers on how to keep the buildup from returning so the line stays clearer longer.

There was a white build up in my boiler's combustion side heat exchanger. Technician Robbie adjusted the flame and called a contact he had at IBC Boilers. Determined that dirty outside air probably caused the buildup. Makes sense as I actually found debris in the boiler after the ridiculous wind storm Palmer experienced. I appreciated he went the extra step.

Had a leaky faucet causing water damage. $200 later and still had a leaky faucet. Burton would not return the money or admit to bad service. Instead the owner stands behind his so called trust worthy plumber who gave us a run for our money and fixed nothing. Charged us for parts that we did not receive. I ended up taking the dang faucet apart myself proving they replaced nothing. I then fixed the faucet myself via 2 trips to Home Depot and $1.50 in parts, and haven't had a problem since.... But I'm still a little upset to have $200 stolen from me by a business who either is crooked or is OK with employing crooks. If you need something done either do it yourself or call someone else. Considering filing a report with the Better Business Bureau.

My kids knocked the cap off my outside cleanout which allowed my main drain line to freeze shut. I originally called out another popular drain service; who after trying to snake the line told me that my main line had separated and or collapsed without running a drain camera into the line to verify the problem. That technician told me that they could have their backhoe over the next day to start digging up the line. I called Denali Sewer & Drain and they sent a technician over with a drain camera system that verified a freeze up problem. After a twenty minute steaming of the line; the system was back in service. (And the cleanout cap was properly reinstalled)

Roy did a super job. I highly recommend him.

I can't say enough about how great John is. He came on time with a smile on his face ready to help. He was upfront about the costs and what certain things meant and would happen if we chose this over that. He was very transparent. We called because of our water heater, and he was here the next day with a new one. The entire time he was here he was pleasant, great to talk to, and very efficient in his work. We also had an issue with our dishwasher leaking into the sink and he knew immediately how to fix it and did so rather quickly. We are really impressed. I would absolutely refer anyone and everyone to him. We've finally found our family plumber. Call him, you won't regret it.
