Best Tankless Water Heater in Anchorage AK

Quick and responsive. Tech who came out was friendly and professional. Diagnosed the problem got the parts and had us up and running in short order. From the initial call to the boiler being fixed was smooth, quick and friendly- not to mention not the 5 days to 3 weeks that the other big guys in town quoted. Called at 8am boiler running by 3pm.

Doesn't Return Calls. Left a message about a failing water heater and never got a call back.

We are selling our home and needed our furnace inspected. Tony and Robert arrived on time to inspect it. Robert did a great job, even cleaned the heater in our garage. He was also honest. He found my friend's
lost visa card in my driveway and handed it off to me. I highly recommend this company.

John is positively awesome! He came out on a Saturday so that I could finally have a shower, he didn't rob my bank account either. His prices are more than fair and some of the most cost effective of the different plumber's I contacted. He is my plumber for life!!

Do not hire this company. I hired this company this past month when my 10 year old water heater broke and needed to be replaced. Instead of replacing the visibly rusty water heater, they replaced the coupler. I called to complain after my credit card was charged the next day for work I did not authorize. I was ignored and blown off by the office staff saying it was a miscommunication.

3 days later my hot water heater broke again, this time it flooded my house. I called Mountain Mechanical before regular hours explaining my situation with their after hours staff with a message for them to call me when they opened. I never received a call. I called them again the next day and asked to speak with the manager/owner about the situation of my hot water heater flooding my house after their work. I was told the manager was on a job and would call me back. No call!

This company is responsible for a flood that cost ~$8000 worth of damage to my house. First, they did not replace the water heater that needed to be replaced. Second, they did work on my hot water heater that was not authorized. Third, whatever work they did, my hot water heater seems to be what caused the hot water heater to start leaking. Fourth, they are doing nothing to make good on their mistake.

My dog chewed my water heater wires just before Christmas. I had originally called HeatSource Mechanical and they charged me $179 to tell me my water heater was broken and never followed up regarding parts and price. After much frustration, couple weeks and lots of cold water later, I did some research and found Paragon Plumbing & Heating. Brad was phenomenal! I sent him pictures of my unit and what was wrong and he found and ordered the needed parts and was fixing my water heater 2 days later. By the recommendations of HeatSource I’d have to replace the entire unit, but clearly all it needed was a hard working, honest individual with the knowledge and excellent customer service to fix it. I can’t recommend Brad and his family owned buisness enough. Excellent company!

Zack did an amazing job. Fixed the problem quick, with no issues at all, and was very knowledgeable about how to fix it again if my problem ever happened again. Very professional company. Definitely would recommend.

Raul installed my Lennox variable speed furnace and Paul put in an Air Scrubber Advanced-my home now smells like a walk in a misty forest and is as toasty as I need it to be. I have always been impressed with the quality customer service, care, and parts used by Moore Heating. Jason is great and very responsive and always transparent with every estimate.
