Hogins Plumbing and Heating puts helping the customer as priority over making a profit. They could have easily charged me a service fee to come out to my house and tell me that I simply needed to change the batteries for my touch faucet (batteries that I had no idea even existed since I was completely unfamiliar with a touch faucet). Instead, they troubleshooted with me by text on a Friday night, after hours (as late as 11 pm), and they were able to figure out what the problem was so that I could get the sink working right away. I will definitely call them next time I have a need for service.

I requested a quote through Lowe's and was please to schedule the visit for the next day. The owner came to provide the quote. He was very patient to explain what would be done and answered all the questions I had. The quote came in as promised first thing the next day and with itemized details. I was able to have my electric hot water heater installed a few hours after I finished the Lowe's paperwork online. From the quote to the installation, it was only about 24 hours. And the price is very reasonable. Much lower than another quote by another local business. I have to say - great satisfaction from start to finish!

Fast forward a year...

I notice there is a minor leak from the pipes above the hot water heater recently. It is just a few days passed the full year since the installation. I contacted the owner about the issue. A technician called to schedule the service in two hours and came to address the issue later that day. The service was performed professionally with no additional cost for me. The same technician has to come back for the follow up job later. He was very accommodating to my schedule. I had some questions after the follow-up service. The owner returned my call right away after he received my text.

907 heating & plumbing did a fantastic job. Couple days before having them I had a nother company come out to diagnose a leak and that company told me they would have to repipe the entire heating system from the bathtub all the way downstairs in the garage.
I called 907 heating & plumbing for a second advice and they found the actual leak which was my tub being cracked. Had nothing to do with repiping. While they were here they also noticed some valves that were leaking and replaced those and gave me other things to think about replacing next time.
Overall great attitude, hardworking, great people.

I don't usually write reviews but after reading some of the negative ones I thought it was important to put in one from my perspective. I called Jake after getting quotes from several companies. He was professional and came out right when I needed him. I am selling my home and I needed to have the hot water heater replaced due to its age. Had a laundry drain issue that could cause extensive water damage. Paragon technician Zach did an outstanding job of detecting the problem and making the appropriate repairs and correction to the plumbing system. Additionally, he flushed the tankless water heater and tested all lines going into the problem area. Kudos to Paragon and their technician Zach! Highly recommend!!
