Probably the worst experience I’ve ever had working with a company. I went with them to install a gas insert which was installed all wrong. I expected the owner of the business to care more about the issue but instead he threatened my husband to put a lein on our home instead of remedy any of the bill. Might I add we didn’t receive the bill for 7 months after the work was done because they were sending it to the wrong email. No call until 7 months later which I immediately called back. The job was done so poorly that it showed up on my home inspection when selling! He called the inspector uneducated to this situation and me a liar. Don’t give these guys a dime of your money. I’m appalled at the amount of money I paid to be so unhappy with the job done.

Very professional and patient! Inspected and fixed the busted pipes in our mechanical room, got the warm water working again in less than two hours, and fixed the poor job a previous plumber had done. Will hire them again! These are the guys for the job!

They came out for a free evaluation the same day I placed the call, and I received an estimate for a replacement water heater installation within 48hrs, with a full breakdown of the price. I was able to schedule to have my water heater replaced within the week, and they were in and out in about 3 hours without a hitch. Great job!

I called in the morning and had 2 gentlemen working at my house by that afternoon. They were very knowledgeable and went above and beyond making sure everything was fixed before they left.

After calling Summit Mechanical, Bill was fixing my problem in less than an hour and didn't charge extra because it was after 5pm. Had my pipe fixed within a few minutes. Very knowledgeable. Extremely quick and friendly service! The gentleman stated he had two jobs ahead of my office and he would be over afterwards...he was at my office within 20 mins and the clogged toilet was cleared within 5 mins or less.
