Wonderful experience with Clearwater! Called on a Friday, they came to do the bid the following Tuesday! Actually came through with a very good bid 2 days later. They put us on their calendar the following Friday! Quick, efficient, very professional and the purchase/installation of our new tankless water system was up and running! Seamlessly. Not to mention, we added a bunch of honey-do plumbing needs to the bid and they worked them in as well!

Having had some very justifiably concerning service provider experiences in the past, I have a bit of apprehension nowadays when I must locate and call upon a new provider. In the aftermath of one such devastating service provider experience from another place, I had the relief and pleasure to meet Tim from APEX PLUMBING.

With plumbing or plumbing-related issues, rare is it that it is a matter that can wait. Tim’s responsiveness and communication were great and much appreciated preceding our first meeting. I particularly admired his straight-shooting style of frankness … and especially his HONESTY, perhaps one of the most important traits to me in business relationships. Tim and APEX PLUMBING were timely, VERY knowledgeable and he had such high ethics that I now would trust him for any future work that I need done.

I know there are many providers out there; but if you want to save yourself time and trouble screening multiple service providers in the plumbing market, you can confidently call upon APEX PLUMBING, without fear or concern at all of ethics matters, and know that you will get an excellent job done at a very fair price … with integrity to boot.

I broke my tub faucet off trying to fix it myself. It was after normal business hours and now I had no water in the house! I called Flow Star and talked with Steve. He sent Jarrod over with a new faucet within the hour. Jarrod made quick work of a bad situation and had me fixed up in about two hours. He even cleaned out the mess in the tub!! What a pleasure to deal with true professionals who know how important real customer service is!! Hats off to the folks over at Flow Star!! You have a

Roy was on time and very professional. Was available same day which was wonderful and lucky. He made mounting tvs look easy peasy. In and out in a little over an hour for a 55 and 65 tv. Definitely will hire for future needs.

An old hotwater heater was replaced and there are no leaks. Thank you Living Waters & Paul for installing a new hot water heater

The guys that did my duct cleaning were not professional and apparently not experienced at all. They did not use corner protectors during the duct cleaning and ended up damaging my walls and trim edges. My place is newly renovated and painted, but now I have scuff marks on my walls and brand new door trims. I’ve called them multiple times but all they say is that a contractor will get in touch with me for the repairs. More than two months later and numerous phone calls to them and they still have not fixed the damage they caused. I would not recommend them or use them again.

This company was impossible to deal with. I had to contact the company multiple times after paying for the deposit in order to set up the appointment. After about 4 messages, no call-backs and 10 business days, I was able to set up an appointment with the company the following week.

They asked for a deposit and I willingly provided the credit card information as that made sense; I asked how much they wanted to install the bathroom fan and they said it should only take a couple hours of work so a couple hundred dollars. Since there was no wiring needed and since the original fan was already removed, I thought 2-3 hours seemed reasonable.

Being that my mother was at the house when they arrived and left, I know that they were not working on it for more than 2 hours; however I got charged $800, or 6 hours of work; the worst thing is that there was no follow-up with me, nor did they leave me a work-order or mail me a bill. They charged my credit card without calling or sending me any notification of the hours worked on the job, which was higher than that quoted.

I'd advise on using a different company for your residential needs.

Solid guy who knows what he's doing. Tom came out on pretty short notice and fixed our leaky and damaged shower faucet. His prices are fair and he's a real pleasure to work with. Thanks Tom

Worst experience I’ve ever had! They came to assess my building’s heat issues to give a report of their findings. The agreement was that we would pay for this report. Their team showed up and accessed all of our tenants units. We then never heard back. We finally got in contact with them and they said the building has too many issues and they do not want to work further on it, yet they refuse to give us any notes on what they found, even we we had agreed to pay for it! Terrible service. I will never work with them again.
