I had a washing machine hot water copper pipe freeze and burst so needed a plumber ASAP! Called all the ones I’ve used before but they were all very busy. Finally was told by Pacific Supply to call Sage Mechanical. The gentleman that answered was extremely helpful and said he could dispatch a plumber with a few hours!
Within 2 hours Richard called and was at my home within that 2 hour time period promised. Richard was very professional and had my repair done in an hour!
I can’t say enough good things about how happy I am with Sage Mechanical🤙 They are an excellent company that does what they say they’re going to do and fast🤙 Richard is an excellent plumber/mechanic and was not only professional but also prompt, courteous and friendly!

Flow Star plumber Tino Unga installed our new water heater yesterday. It has probably been well over a decade since my husband and I have seen Tino's level of professionalism and courtesy! What an absolutely outstanding young man! It was literally our privilege to have such an amazing young man provide services for us.
Tino took the time to show us how everything worked, pointed out everything he did and explained in detail how the sensor light worked. He cleaned everything up where he was working as well. Service like this is so rare anymore that it literally took my husband and I by surprise.
We also had a few questions about our boiler for our floorboard heat. He truly went above and beyond answering our questions. I can tell you with certainty that we will be returning to Flow Star when are ready to replace the boiler and any other plumbing services we need based on our interaction with Tino!!!!

Our furnace stopped working late on Thursday night (December 27th). I waited until 7am on December 28th to start calling for repairs and found Diamond Plumbing had availability to come and evaluate our heater at about 10am at their standard rates. The other shops I called were too busy and they wanted 1.5 times their standard labor rate to repair our heater after normal business hours.The morning temperature at our home was -10F so we agreed to have Diamond Plumbing come over to repair our furnace.Our technician was Demetrius. He arrived on schedule with a courteous disposition and professional work ethic. Our furnace now works great. Super job and Yes I would recommend Diamond Plumbing for excellent Plumbing and Heating results.

Bill is my families hero. After a mechanical failure that snowballed out of my inexperienced hands Bill walked me through what I needed get from the manufacturer and when it got here he got our heating and hot water running again in no time.

Bought a new home with outdated EVERYTHING. Fox Plumbing helped us install new plumbing for our kitchen sink and dish washer. This included pipes, drain and vent in the wall and our garbage disposal under the sink.

Fox Plumbing also cut and relocated a portion of our baseboard radiator heating pipe.

We're moving onto a total bathroom renovation next and looking forward to having Fox in here knocking that out.

The guys that did my duct cleaning were not professional and apparently not experienced at all. They did not use corner protectors during the duct cleaning and ended up damaging my walls and trim edges. My place is newly renovated and painted, but now I have scuff marks on my walls and brand new door trims. I’ve called them multiple times but all they say is that a contractor will get in touch with me for the repairs. More than two months later and numerous phone calls to them and they still have not fixed the damage they caused. I would not recommend them or use them again.

TLDR; Best value and fastest response/installation of the several companies I reached out to for a boiler replacement. Very efficient and clean, got my boiler and water heater back in a day.

It was Christmas when my boiler started leaking somewhat profusely from the holding tank. I reached out to the company that had serviced it before I bought the house, and they took almost 2 weeks to stop by and look. In the meantime I had some others stop by, including Klebs. Klebs was by far the clearest about what needed to be done, and the most pleasant to deal with. They were quick with responses and were able to fit me in to their repair schedule within a week, despite my unit having an uncommon setup that needed some special parts. Two technicians (both named John) came, put down floor protector, and got to work. They started at 9:30am and kept going until it was done late that night. They brought heaters to keep my house liveable while the boiler was down, and seemed very determined to get the job done efficiently so we wouldn't have to go without heat/hot water. I don't know much about these kinds of systems, but they did a lot of custom pipework, including cutting and soldering to get it done.

Best of all, this replacement cost 82% of the average from other quotes. They bundled in some services that I can call on if anything else goes wrong in the near future at no extra charge, so I have peace of mind that my wallet won't get any more sad than it is already! Best case scenario, I won't have to do a project like this again, but if I do, I'll be going back to Klebs.

I asked Tom to go out and take a look at a water heater my tenant was concerned about after another company bad mouthed the water heater in front of my tenant.
I explained the situation to Tom and he went out and took a look at it and confirmed it was up to code and working perfectly.
He is very knowledgeable and has 35+ years of experience and took the time to explain things to me. I would definitely use the company again for my home and rentals. Thanks again Tom!
