Best Plumbing Needs in Anchorage AK

Probably the worst experience I’ve ever had working with a company. I went with them to install a gas insert which was installed all wrong. I expected the owner of the business to care more about the issue but instead he threatened my husband to put a lein on our home instead of remedy any of the bill. Might I add we didn’t receive the bill for 7 months after the work was done because they were sending it to the wrong email. No call until 7 months later which I immediately called back. The job was done so poorly that it showed up on my home inspection when selling! He called the inspector uneducated to this situation and me a liar. Don’t give these guys a dime of your money. I’m appalled at the amount of money I paid to be so unhappy with the job done.

They were very quick with the follow up with scheduling me in on short notice. Along with that they were also very fast at getting to my location. Took about an hour and they made sure to snake the drain a few more time to make sure it was clear.

Was very happy with the service and quality of work. Will definitely use them again.

I have been dealing with Greg and crew for years and can't say enough good things. If you want it fast and right the first time don't call anyone else!

They ran all my underfloor heating and rough plumbed my 3 bd 2 bath house that is under construction. Very easy to work with, high quality and almost spot on with the quote they gave me. Highly recommended them for any job big or small.

I called this company for a leaky faucet. Which should be a simple repair. They got me in right away, but what they did not tell me is they were gonna charge me for drive time, and they also did not explain any pricing before he got started or when they called me to give me the time they would be coming. I realize there should be a 1 hour minimum. But when it takes you only 15 minutes to drive to my house and 10 Minutes to Fix the Leaky Faucet and Charge me 1.5 hrs, which is $165 an hr so $277 for a leaky faucet. They need to tell customers. They are unprofessional. They even replaced parts my husband had already replaced but he did not tell me what he was going to do and just did it. I could have said something. So basically not good communication with this company.

I called in the morning and had 2 gentlemen working at my house by that afternoon. They were very knowledgeable and went above and beyond making sure everything was fixed before they left.

These guys are really great. Top notch customer service, down to earth and honest to deal with. One of the few that also do after hours callouts. I would highly recommend!

I don't usually write reviews but after reading some of the negative ones I thought it was important to put in one from my perspective. I called Jake after getting quotes from several companies. He was professional and came out right when I needed him. I am selling my home and I needed to have the hot water heater replaced due to its age. His employee Jesse was very polite and efficient and went the extra mile. I own a rental property and will be calling these folks for all of our pluming/HVAC needs. Thank you Jake and Jesse!

Rock Solid rescued us from a nerve wracking leak. They sent us Brent who did an awesome job for us going above and beyond. He even laughed at our bad jokes. The shutoffs and faucet were replaced and he even had time to replace the shower faucet cartridge. We are going to sleep so much better tonight. Thank you.
