Professionalism in all aspects as well as family oriented, our house is constantly busy with kids and they still managed to come in and get their job done. They also gave us a follow up call on how everything is working after the job was completed.

Heater went out at my house called them first thing in the morning and was notified that they will be at my house in a couple of hours. Showed up diagnosed my problem fixed within 2 hours no problem. They were very professional. Great pricing. Will use again.

I hired them to unclog a kitchen pipe. Tech was polite but it doesn't make the cost any easier - $190. Initially I spoke with 3 different people and only later i found out they work together. After making an appointment, I requested at least 30m of a courtesy call as I had to leave work to meet them and instead I got a text saying they will be there in 10min and I had to rush over. One thing I recommend if hiring them is to be cautious about distractions such as chit chatting as that also adds up to the time they consider working. They charge by the hour.

Excellent service, very courteous and knowledgeable. Tom came the same morning, inspected the boiler, and knew the part was under lifetime warranty for my type of boiler. He installed the part and got my boiler working within the hour. His fees are better than other plumbing services in town. I recommend his services highly. Thank you, Tom!

Sound Mechanical has absolutely MISERABLE customer service. It is apparently not within the realm of possibility that this company can make a mistake. When we mentioned to the owner that his workers left a beer bottle behind he told us we were lying and cussed at us. We could care less that there was a beer bottle left behind, just wanted him to know as a business owner. We also let him know that the dryer vent was now disconnected (they had to move the washer and dryer to get to the water heater). He informed me that someone must have moved the washer and dryer after they left. The washer and dryer are a million pounds and neither me nor my tenants touched it after they left. We also didn't care that they made mistakes, just wanted it fixed. The owner was irate that we pointed these things out and used foul language when speaking to us. Last noteworthy items, they did not replace the bathroom door, they left it in my tenants bedroom. They left crud all over the floor in their work area. They also damaged the railing outside my house when they launched the old water heater over the railing instead of walking it down. You'd never believe it, but he didn't apologize for that either.

Spoke over the phone and was able to troubleshoot over the phone. Really appreciated gis help.

Rock Solid, send Jason and David to our address to repair the boiler that has been working since last night and with the weather temperatures there’s no way we can be without heater. I have had Don at my house for many different issues over the past 15 years for plumbing and boiler needs. He has always been efficient, helpful, punctual and reasonably priced. If he is out of town or can't fit me in quickly he will refer another plumber who has always been able to help. I highly recommend Don and his company.
