I live 200 miles from Anchorage in the Copper Valley area. Diamond Heating & AirTemp Alaska installed a brand new heater for me and serviced many other Copper Valley residents. It's great that a professional company will drive 200 miles to service their customers. They are definitely not a budget option, but they are a high quality option. I recommend this place to any rural resident that they are able to service.

Kevin did a great job, was quick to respond and explained what he did to fix the issue I had. He treated my problem like it was his problem.

They were able to reschedule me for an earlier time and I was able to pay remotely easily.

I cannot speak highly enough of the guys at Paragon! They took care of me during the storms in Palmer. They took care of me when my furnace went out immediately after said storms. And most recently, Phil took care of me by sending me the literal angel that is Tyler. They installed a water filtration system in my home, which required they plumb from the crawl space to the garage. They were on time, professional, transparent, kind, enthusiastic, communicative, so sweet to the doggo (clearly of the utmost importance). They even let me head to Friday Flings while they closed up shop. It was easy, clean, professional, and above all else, so kind. Phil and Paragon genuinely believe in blessing others in the community. It is a huge part of their business model and it is reflected in their professionalism, care, courtesy, and kindness. As a woman, I entirely trust these guys to come and take care of things for me and be in my home. They are stand up dudes. That’s HUGE for single women. Additionally, these guys are COVID conscious and conscientious for those of us with immune compromised loved ones in the home. If you need someone to mask because someone you love or you, yourself, are undergoing immune suppressing treatment, these guys will reliably mask and take every precaution to protect your space. I truly cannot say enough about them. I’m an extremely discerning person and customer. I believe heavily in finding the best humans to work with. These guys fit the bill and I will never, ever pick anyone else. A business with heart, integrity, and quality of work. Seriously, would recommend them to anyone! I called Alaska Plumbing Service to repair a bathtub drain problem. The service was extremely prompt and friendly. Turns out the issue was not as simple as I had thought, but Trey, the journeyman plumber, showed me the problems and solutions every step of the way. He not only fixed what I knew to be a problem, but found an unglued drain pipe which could have become a serious leak under the tub. He created an access panel that is almost invisible. He worked hard and efficiently. I felt the price was more than fair. I will call this company any time I have a plumbing problem.

Mike's team was late every step of the way through our tub and Surround installation project. The plumbing under the tub leaked causing the ceiling in the bathroom below to need replacing. His team fixed the leak and repaired the drywall in a timely fashion. However, a few months later and we have another wet spot on the ceiling so apparently the leak was not fixed. I contacted Mike he set a time for the next day to take care of the problem and was a no call no show. I have since left several messages and he is ghosting me. Very unprofessional and unresolved issue.
