Best Garbage Disposal Repair in Anchorage AK

I've had to contact them multiple times with no follow through on their end. I've been placed on a schedule twice. The first time no one followed up on the initial date so I had to call again to be given a second date and time window. Still haven't heard anything and upon texting back to figure out what's going on, hear nothing. Never before experienced a company placing you on a schedule and then just ghosting you.

These people are great! I had a call back within minutes and hot water within a couple of hours! This is my third or fourth time working with them on different heater and plumbing issues and they have been wonderful every time!

I've seen my dad give his all at the jobs he does and hes the best in town from what I've heard from lot of the customers and the one bad review was cause that person wanted him to come out and do it on the day of the 7.2 earthquake sorry mr entitled thought his zone value problem was more important than others heat. Some people's boilers exploded my bad.

Tony is wonderful to work with and fixed my leaking water heater promptly by replacing it with something better! Will use his business in the future!

I have nothing but great things to say about this company. We have the klebs care plan, which is phenomenal. We signed up after they installed our new water heaters and it has proved to be so beneficial. We had a pipe burst and they came out and fixed it right away, it was super affordable with the klebs care plan and I think they such a great resource for any home owner who doesn't know how to do these things themselves. Editing my review because they have done even more for us. These guys are great! They just came out to do a gas fireplace inspection and it was so clean when they were done I almost thought they forgot to put the glass back on.
