They handled our warranty paperwork, explained and discussed every detail, were on time, charged what they quoted with no surprises, were professional and did not leave a mess. I had a problem with my heater, I called Summit Mechanical, and they said they would be able to make it here within 2 hours, they got here in 1 hour and had the problem fixed as well within an hour. The service was excellent, the gentleman explained it to me so that I could understand the problem. I would refer them to anyone.

John is positively awesome! He came out on a Saturday so that I could finally have a shower, he didn't rob my bank account either. His prices are more than fair and some of the most cost effective of the different plumber's I contacted. He is my plumber for life!!

The Sound Mechanical team plummed an addition to our home in Eagle River. They had to come back and tie in to the main house after finish work was completed.

I have had Don at my house for many different issues over the past 15 years for plumbing and boiler needs. He has always been efficient, helpful, punctual and reasonably priced. If he is out of town or can't fit me in quickly he will refer another plumber who has always been able to help. I highly recommend Don and his company.

I had a major backup of my plumbing Friday morning before Memorial Day Weekend. These guys were at my house within an hour and had it cleared stat. Needed some follow up during the weekend and they gave me a break even though it was a holiday. Hoping I won’t need drain services again anytime soon, but if I do I know whom I’ll be calling!
