Best Drain Cleaning in Anchorage AK

I've had to contact them multiple times with no follow through on their end. I've been placed on a schedule twice. The first time no one followed up on the initial date so I had to call again to be given a second date and time window. Still haven't heard anything and upon texting back to figure out what's going on, hear nothing. Never before experienced a company placing you on a schedule and then just ghosting you.

I have the best experience ever with Artic Sewer and Drain. When I called about my sewer issues he was able to fit me into his tight schedule. He is very knowledgeable about sewer and Drain work as well as non functional disposal. He was able to fix my toilet n disposal in a timely manner. I'm so glad that I called him out to help me. No one likes a clogged main line. Makes it worse it happened at the end of day on a Friday. Called and he was at my house within an hour. Straight forward and for an after hours price was reasonable. Highly recommend.

Negative temperatures and boiler was acting up , I was worried about pipes freezing up, called plumbing and heating doctor emergency call out line at 1 a.m , Tony sent a guy out to troubleshoot and get my boiler running . Very happy with the service from Burton Repair. First call was to replace a toilet and valve. We liked the work so much, we called back for repair of both garage doors. I was surprised at the variety of problems they repair.

I called on Sunday evening about a clog and told them it wasn’t an emergency and was okay with waiting until Monday. I had to work Monday afternoon, though, so first thing would be ideal.

They called me Monday morning right at 9 and Dakota and Ryan were at my door by 9:30. They were in and out, professional, efficient, personable, and reasonably priced.
