I’m late at giving these guys credit for awesome service. But it never fails, when my husband goes hunting my heat goes out and every time they have been prompt and amazing. They are currently plumbing and doing the HVAC in our addition. I couldn’t recommend these guys enough. Amazing!

They worked hard and quickly to take care of my issue and kept me in the loop on what the plan was and any changes that happened. I would definitely recommend using them for any heating or plumbing issues.

My Boiler caught fire during the last cold snap and I asked around to see who I should call for a fix or replacement. One of my friends told me to call Flow Star. I called for an appointment to have a guy come look and he confirmed what I had suspected, that the boiler was toast. Flow Star was punctual, professional, courteous and followed up with great communication. I could not be more pleased with the service or the guys who did the work. When you need work done, call Flow Star. You won't be sorry!

Roy was on time and very professional. Was available same day which was wonderful and lucky. He made mounting tvs look easy peasy. In and out in a little over an hour for a 55 and 65 tv. Definitely will hire for future needs.

From the admin staff scheduling appointments, installation technicians and maintenance workers, I've always and I mean always have received excellent service! The technicians take time to go over what they have done and any recommendations they have for the future well being of the unit. Great team!

Robert sold the business to his brother Kevin Powell in the middle of the restoration of my mobile home after a fire. The support beams they charged to replace under my home, they sprayed with killz. The shed they charged to move and move back is now about to fall down. They stuck a two by four in the ground and nailed a block on the back wall to keep the back wall from collapsing. The door for my hot water heater can't be removed. Enstar had to come out because the gas line for my hot water heater was leaking. And could not get the door open. My porch leans into my home now. After they charged me for 27 hours of work. They actually only worked on the porch for three to four hours. I wish I could post pictures of the things they did and didn't do here. Water froze here last winter every time it got below 11 degrees. When I called them he told me to use a hair dryer. I feel they are very dishonest.

Our water heater had ruptured and was flooding our house. After waiting 2 hours on another repair service, with no word on when they would be here, I contacted Summit Mechanical. Bill said he could be here in 1 hour. He showed up on time, gave me an on the spot estimate and installed a new and better water heater all in the same afternoon! Summit Mechanical did an Excellent job and saved the day. I highly recommend them to any one. I will certainly call them first from now on.

I do all sorts of construction. I hate and I mean absolutely hate plumbing. Angie set the appointment and Chris did the work. It’s truly amazing watching professional people doing what they do.

called at 8:45 in the morning, I called again at 10:30, 2:30, at 3:40 I was told the driver had problem with the van and would not be able to come but they would get another repairman.........I waited and waited, never got a call at 4:40 I called again and was told they would not be able to come today........at a minimum they should let me know they were not coming .....o well, very difficult to recommend Mtn Mech. to anyone, terrible service from the office.

Tom came out same day to look at my water heater. It ended up being a simple fix and he wouldn’t even let me pay him for his time. Highly recommend, especially after being told by other businesses that it would be $200+ just to come out.
