We had large leak caused by a clog in the system, as usual, drain master came,arrived ahead of schedule, and solved the problem. Steve, the service tech were knowledgeable and professional. They have been my choice for drain cleaner for at least 8 years,, They get the job done when others cannot.

I called around for quotes from several business to have my residential septic tank pumped. After several companies failed to return my calls, and one no-showed on a scheduled appointment, I called A+ Home Services... Great and fast service! We called them from the valley and they were out in under an hour and had it fixed within another hour. Super friendly and quick! Got in got it fixed and got out! Would definitely recommend these guys!

I worked with Kevin to schedule the appointment, then Todd came out to my house and was able to quickly replace a few shingles on my roof that blew off in one of our windstorms this past spring. Took 2 weeks to get anything done. When they finally fixed our furnace, they said not to turn it above 70 incase of carbon monoxide. It turned off twice. The second time I called, they got upset and said their technician came out yeaterday twice and it was working and got really defensive and rude. Well now it isnt now. Called to compmain about the rude employee and the woman who answered laughed when I said the gentlemen she transferred me too was rude. FIX WHAT WE PAID YOU TO DO!!!

I called on Sunday evening about a clog and told them it wasn’t an emergency and was okay with waiting until Monday. I had to work Monday afternoon, though, so first thing would be ideal.

They called me Monday morning right at 9 and Dakota and Ryan were at my door by 9:30. They were in and out, professional, efficient, personable, and reasonably priced.

We will never call anyone else for drain clogs!

The guys that did my duct cleaning were not professional and apparently not experienced at all. They did not use corner protectors during the duct cleaning and ended up damaging my walls and trim edges. My place is newly renovated and painted, but now I have scuff marks on my walls and brand new door trims. I’ve called them multiple times but all they say is that a contractor will get in touch with me for the repairs. More than two months later and numerous phone calls to them and they still have not fixed the damage they caused. I would not recommend them or use them again.

Awesome company! Very responsive. All of my questions were answered and any concerns addressed. They removed a window and replaced it with a sliding patio door. In the process they had to move an electrical outlet and a baseboard heating resister. Now I have someone to tackle all of my projects big or small. I can’t recommend them enough! A+++++
