I had a serious problem with calcium deposits from my on-demand water heater. All faucets were clogged as well as the dishwasher and washing machine. Ryan was quick to respond and his crew fixed my problems. They also completed other needed repairs. I fully recommend Big State Mechanical and will use them for any future plumbing problems. I have contacted John twice, January 2020 and 2021, for different reasons. Returned home in 2020 from a trip and my pipes had frozen, John came right a way and ended up fixing the main leak and a secondary break after restarting furnace. This year I noticed a dry puddle under the furnace and corrosion on some pipes. After reviewing photos, John came within 5 days and replaced only what was necessary and checked the operation of the unit.

John's experience shows in his work, thoroughness and concern for his customers. I have referred John to friends and co-workers, who have let me know they too appreciate his service.

I'd say stop paying the big dogs for less and go to Fox for the best!

Our garbage disposal was throwing water all over the kitchen when I called these guys for help ... turns out the idiots who installed the garbage disposal didn't do it correctly ... thank God we found these guys. Very professional, quick to respond and thorough!!

I called on Sunday evening about a clog and told them it wasn’t an emergency and was okay with waiting until Monday. I had to work Monday afternoon, though, so first thing would be ideal.

They called me Monday morning right at 9 and Dakota and Ryan were at my door by 9:30. They were in and out, professional, efficient, personable, and reasonably priced.

We will never call anyone else for drain clogs!

Was told by receptionist upon calling to see about getting someone to come have a look at a leak that they very busy schedule and they may be able to come out within the next day or so but couldn't make any promises And while I appreciate your honesty regarding your carelessness for potential business, I thought it to be quite rude and off putting. I'm sure someone else in Anchorage will be more receptive of my business. You could probably care less because your schedule is so full you don't need my business, but this is damaging to your reputation and I would recommend discussing such with your front line because they're going to drive away clients.

Steve the repair man was very nice very much of a gentleman and he did a great job didn't take him long at all to figure it out.

Tom came out same day to look at my water heater. It ended up being a simple fix and he wouldn’t even let me pay him for his time. Highly recommend, especially after being told by other businesses that it would be $200+ just to come out.

Kevin did a great job, was quick to respond and explained what he did to fix the issue I had. He treated my problem like it was his problem.

Been working with Pacific Plumbing Supply for years. Always knowledgeable in the materials and supplys they sell. They always take the customer above and beyond the call of duty. The only negative thing I have to say is that they no longer have Dino's doughnuts in the morning. :(

They showed up to inspect my tankless water heater, but they had no clue what the issue could've been, they showed up without any tools and spend 10 minutes just looking at it, at the end they charged me $40 dollars and agreed to come back the next following day at 2:00pm, I waited for them, called twice after I noticed a 1 hour delay and then again after 3 hours, nobody called back nor they showed up you cant even leave a message on their line.

Does anyone work there? No call back after leaving a message for a simple wax seal to be fixed.
