Theo is the best! He went above and beyond to make sure our new dishwasher was installed quickly, despite several bumps in the road (unforeseen plumbing issues and a broken door on the new appliance).

He thinks through each issue thoroughly to make sure the work is done properly. We will definitely call Theo for future projects! River was also very helpful and got us on the schedule promptly. Thank you again!

Rock Solid sent Jason and Dave out to check on my boiler as it wasn't keeping up with the cold snap. After arriving Jason explained what they were doing to trouble shoot it. Within a half hour they had adjusted some settings removed some debris and took the time to answer all my questions. They both ensured I understood how the system was supposed to operate and what was going on with of my system. Top notch company and quick to follow up. I never hesitate to recommend them to my real estate clients or to use them for my personal plumbing and heating needs.

Bought my place a few years ago and the old gas hot water heater was on its last leg. Brown water made taking a bath impossible and dirty. Getting a new one is an investment. Some businesses don’t even call back or take weeks. From the initial call, estimate, and installation Moore Heating was a great choice.

I have to give them slight credit the boiler install was great. However, the annual service was terrible. I have a combi boiler so it heats the house and hot water in the same unit. I noticed my boiler started to slow down and not heat the water as fast. I called them in over the holidays in November they came in did the annual service. It didn't really fix the problem at all. It still took forever to heat up. It actually might have made it worst. Over the next months it would spit out shear cold water then come back with hot water. I called them in march because I had been traveling and very busy. They told me O yeah we must of did something wrong we will swing by and fix it. They came by fixed it and it works again perfectly. Heats water in seconds. So the actually fix it this time. However, THEY SENT ME A BILL. When I was under the impression they would fix their mistake. Same price as the first bill.

When everyone else was booked up, these guys showed up within 2 hrs and fixed my clogged drain. Very professional and friendly. They are now my go to guys!!

Called H&M Plumbing after getting the run around from a private contractor (that was recommended to us on the Nextdoor app). Chris stopped by the same day we called. He quickly figured out the problem with our leaky shower head. While we had him, we asked if he'd be willing to check-out two other issues. He happily agreed to look at our other leaky shower head and issues with our dishwasher backing up. Chris was pleasant, enthusiastic and knew what he was doing. Not only was the customer service amazing, we were beyond pleased with their pricing! Anchorage Plumbing and Heating quoted us a hourly rate of $135 + parts -- with the first hours worth having to be paid, even if it's was a 20 min. job.

I updated my neighbors on the Nextdoor app to let them know who we used and how pleased we were.
