Great experience with Sage Mechanical. Our boiler/hot water heater was malfunctioning and they fit us in very quickly and rapidly diagnosed and repaired the issue. Very professional, highly recommend.

Always professional and knowledgeable. Gene has helped us out multiple times and I will always ask for him. He knows the systems very well and has saved us a lot of money on our gas bill without having to upgrade. He will not steer you in the wrong direction.

We had leaking from our shower into our bottom floor and it took them an hour to figure out what it was, we had a small hole in our shower surrounding. After they found out, they packed up and left without charging us nearly as much as they could have.

Home Warranty of America (HWA) contracts with Hogins Plumbing & Heating. Having had a [different] home warranty in Tennessee, I had absolutely zero expectations. However, Mr. Hogins far exceeded what I had expected. Despite having worked the entire day, he still made time to come repair 2 toilets, 3 drains and 1 shower at 9:45pm at night. He found a cracked toilet with a very slow leak. He replaced a valve, 2 gaskets and the fill mechanism for another toilet that had been both constantly running and leaking. He cleaned all the bathroom drains. He arranged to order a new American Standard Champion 1.6GPF with 2-3/8~2.375 fully-glazed trapway with 4 non-adjustable, piston action Accelerator 1-piece toilet that I had significantly researched and that I had a positive experience using (e.g., no clogging whatsoever) at a former residence. It is super nice that I could choose my toilet! Mr. Hogins is polite, courteous, honest, diligent. His twenty-year-old trainee daughter accompanied him. I am astonished that he stayed so late, until the job was complete. That all contractors were as ethical, kind and professional as Mr. Hogins!

Very punctual and courteous. They were able to clear my drain clog in record time and without making a mess at my restaurant. I can't recomend them enough. While I hope to never need their services again, I won't hesitate to call them if I do.

They came and fixed the problem

I saw a “before and after” photo on the Nextdoor app. Twice I saw photos that could be my bathroom. Then one day I saw a post that they had “openings” in their busy schedule and I made the call. Demarco came by. He listened to my vision, took measurements and photos. I was given a quote later that same day. I was given an estimate of time, 10 business days to complete. They did the job in 11. In all fairness, the extra day was due to a change I requested, so I am very happy with the time taken and estimates of. The attention to details was really good.
They had gutted to the studs and gave me a brand new bathroom. Soaking tub, new toilet and vanity.
I look forward to using the team on my kitchen remodel!

I needed assistance in switching over from an electric to gas range stove. I called Cassidy's and the gal knew exactly what needed to be done - very knowledgeable and friendly. Jeff came by to do the work and went above and beyond. He even helped me carry the new stove up a flight of stairs and got it all setup properly with anti-tip bracket. And then tested it for proper function. The cost came in lower than I was quoted from a different company. I will seek out Cassidy's for my future plumping and heating needs.

The only hvac company in Anchorage that had time to help me after calling all of them. I would recommend Burton repair before any other.

Rob and his assistance worked super hard to get our kitchen sink in plunged had a bathroom sink that was installed improperly by Trail Boss. They repaired the sink works perfectly like it should. We had remodel the bathroom down stairs was able to complete everything but hooking up the drain under the sink. Everything was fixed or repaired in a timely manner. These guys are just what their name says PROFESSIONALS. I would no hesitate to call on them again for any Pluming or heating needs. Rob and his assistant ROCK. Having had some very justifiably concerning service provider experiences in the past, I have a bit of apprehension nowadays when I must locate and call upon a new provider. In the aftermath of one such devastating service provider experience from another place, I had the relief and pleasure to meet Tim from APEX PLUMBING.

With plumbing or plumbing-related issues, rare is it that it is a matter that can wait. Tim’s responsiveness and communication were great and much appreciated preceding our first meeting. I highly recommend Flow Star plumbing. The owner came out to look at everything for us himself. He gave us a very reasonable quote for what we needed fixed and was able to make the repairs in the same visit. I got a quote from another company here in town for over double what Flow Star quoted me. He even checked a blockage I had in my laundry room drain for no additional cost. Mr. Robert’s and his team were very professional and thorough from start to finish. I will definitely be using them in the future.
