Our AC went out during the middle of a heatwave and CW came out same day (Saturday) to diagnose and ultimately come to a conclusion that we needed to replace our entire system. Reese with Orange Coast Plumbing detected a slab leak in my garage that extended into my kitchen and bathroom. Reese is very professional and his work was exceptional. He brought along Mike the next day who assisted Reese on repairing the leaks. They took extra care in cutting the walls open and cleaning up. I highly recommend Reese on his skills, knowledge, and experience! He will also take his time on explaining everything he is doing! Superior workmanship!

We asked this company to replace a part of our water heater . The part was issued by Ferguson thru our warranty . The initial cost for this guys to initiate work was $500+. Their person went there replaced the part that was wrong . They charged us for the replacement and labor. The total expense was $1100+ and the water heater still not fixed. Two options we have buy a new one which will cost us $2 k or ask them to return and fix it and who knows how much they will charge us again. We are small business and during this pandemic we do not have enough income that will cover this emergency costs. It is unbelievable that small businesses have no way to fight this financial crisis! Just beware of this kind of deals that are hidden. Thank you.

We recently used their services about a month ago for some repairs with kitchen plumbing and started experiencing some drainage issues again so contacted them to come out. Sean came out the next day, and even Eric one of the owners came out the same day with a scope to help us figure out the source of the problem. They initially thought it may have been a collapsed pipe using this cool scope they had, and said they could be out in a couple of weeks, however Eric was able to send his guy Javier out the very next day. Javier was professional and laid out stuff to protect our floor and taped off section of house he needed to work on to minimize dust. After a day's work, he found the problem, it wasn't a collapsed pipe, but rather a big piece of plastic that blocked off the drain pipe. We were glad the damage wasn't worse. These guys are all super professional and responsive and great to work with. Very trustworthy business and we highly recommend using them. We're hoping we won't have to deal with anymore plumbing issues for a while, but if we do, these are the guys we will be calling again for sure!

My brother was in urgent need of a plumber. Arman the technician gave us a quote over the phone for the amount the job would be. My brother was fully satisfied with the amount paid and work done on his pluming! FYI the issue has not returned meaning the job was done correctly.

With this being said yes the amount was more then what we expected. Yes, we did call a few other places for quotes. No, we did not find a better quote or service. I personally think these other reviews are bogus. The price you are quoted over the phone applies to what you tell them is the problem over the phone. They are professional plumbers not psychics!
