I am so pleased with the great job express plumbing did for us. We were having a toilet back up in our house and we had visitors from out of town. Every company we called gave us super late time frames, Express plumbing got to our property in 30 minutes and they were done with the job way before my visitors arrived. The pricing was very reasonable, the tech was experienced and professional. LOVED the service we recieved they made it so easy for us to deal with the situation. Customer service called us to follow up and make sure we were happy with the services. Our toilet is running perfectly and we have not had any issues since they cleared our line.I recommend Express plumbing to all my family and friends! Great and honest company to work with.

Fast and reliable even on a Sunday. We talked on the phone at 8 pm on Saturday and we planned on Sunday at 2 pm. They arrived on time and got to work. I had an amazing experience with Express Plumbing & Rooter. When I called, I got an immediate response and the plumber was able to fix all of my issues within the next few hours. Also, the plumber is very friendly, efficient at his work, and made the overall experience easier to handle. Would recommend this service to anyone!

WORST COMPANY OUT THERE!

It's funny how similar the negative reviews are on here. After having a back up in our toilet instead of pouring chemicals down the drain we called this plumbing company. Bad decision! They sent out a guy named Victor. What an arrogant inexperienced little guy. Seriously, this guy has probably worked a few months for his uncle or something because he was by no means a seasoned plumber. What a joke. He claimed he couldn't reach the clog with the snake. The whole time telling me he was at least 50 feet in (1-1/2 hours). What a liar! You could clearly see the snake was only spinning. He kept telling me the main line was clogged. We have two bathrooms and a kitchen and all drained fine but he insisted it was not a localized problem. Needless to say he recommends a camera inspection and hydro jetting service at 825 + 200 for the inspection. He then states he might be able to work out a deal with his supervisor. He goes to his van for about 5 minutes and tells me the supervisor can do it for 825 and waive the camera fee if we do it within the next hour, no warranty and there's only a 50/50 chance it will work. NO THANKS!! The whole time he's acting as if he is God and his word is supreme and we're just dumb home owners. Ha! Called another plumber the next morning. The plumber was in our house for no more than 15 minutes! problem solved! With 90 day warranty. I'm not kidding. I asked why couldn't the last plumber fix it. He didn't want to take a cheap shot at a another plumber so he took the high road and said he may have used the wrong head or was just a bit inexperienced. A bit? Could have cost me, but with good judgment only cost me 96 bucks. You've been warned.

Let me tell you folks what I went through last night after I came home from a party I walked in my bathroom and saw the bathtub and toilet overflowing with black water so I immediately went online and found a company this company was express plumbing and router the girl on the phone was really really friendly and nice she assured me that my problem will be solved and I should have no worries the technician will be arriving in 60 to 90 minutes she told me well that was true because he was here in 45 minutes The technician came and unclog the drain for only amazing $55 when he came in to my house he was wearing booties so he said would not dirty my carpet that's a plus because I have white carpets in my house I would really recommend this company to my family and friends and whoever has a plumbing problem thank you express plumbing and router 😀😀

Left a review a few days ago on Yelp. Not sure what happened with the other review experiences here but my experience was great. They were very professional. I went there discussed my plumbing needs and they explained all the charges. Made an appointment and they came and fixed my plumbing. The whole thing went smoothly and I recommend them!

40 dollar quote became 1200 $! They convinced me to not rooter but hydrowash my pipe. Modern day robber. Don't hire Isaiah the plumber. Rude. Told me to wake up and call him when I'm ready.....I hired another plumber that charged me 150 for my toilet clean out. I think if you canvass right 60 $ per clogged sink is reasonable. I called about 20 plumbers and thats average. Hope my research helps you.

I called on a Sunday morning, customer service was quick and fast they told me that someone would be out within the hour. About less than an hour later Sam the tech showed up at my front door. He was super knowledgeable in answering all of my questions and concerns regarding the work that needed to be done.

Sam checked under the house, every sink, toilet and shower to locate the problem and all with a smile. He gave helpful hints about how we can keep our drains clean, top line products to use, etc.

Also, my puppy enjoyed a few runs with Sam once he completed the job. Thank you so much for making this crazy pluming issue a great experience. I normally don't like that akward feeling when people are in my house that I don't know, but this tech was super friendly and outgoing which made it easy for me.

Express Plumbing and Rooter is very professional and honest.

My brother was in urgent need of a plumber. Arman the technician gave us a quote over the phone for the amount the job would be. My brother was fully satisfied with the amount paid and work done on his pluming! FYI the issue has not returned meaning the job was done correctly.

With this being said yes the amount was more then what we expected. Yes, we did call a few other places for quotes. No, we did not find a better quote or service. I personally think these other reviews are bogus. The price you are quoted over the phone applies to what you tell them is the problem over the phone. They are professional plumbers not psychics!

RIPOFF REPORT! RIPOFF REPORT! If possible this review would be DISMAL-DISHONEST! Check Angie's List, YELP, and other review sites to get the truth on these con artists. Right in the reviews you can see exactly what is going to take place with your clog problem. They must train their techs on how to screw the customer out of as much money as possible. They start off with the $99 special then do the blunt end snake won't clean the clog. Of course not! Plumbing snakes used for cleaning have blades on the end. Then the price goes to $395 for the next non working step. Then $1100 for the hydrojet service and finally they finish the con with the.... we just had a SPECIAL and Sam the tech that came to my friends house in area stated he was gonna call his supervisor to try to get you that special price. He comes back in after probably counting to 20- crosses out all the places where a customer can cancel the work (has her initial it). He allegedly runs the camera down the pipe (my guess is they use recorded video) that shows a collapsed main line to the city hookup. Then he sells her the new clean out trap and running pipe to the city main. The cost is now over $6,000.00. The problem then is they do such shoddy work that she can't use her toilet. Then to make matters worse she had human waste bubbling up in her yard compromising the health of her elderly rescue dogs. I did some research on this company as we filed a complaint with the Contractors State Licensing Board (CLSB). I discovered that the owner of the company has 3 plumbing licenses. One under his name, another under Aram the head honcho who came to my lady's house and verbally abused her claiming she was trying to get work done for free. The 3rd is under another guy's name with Aram listed as CEO. What legitimate company needs 3 SEPARATE CONTRACTING LICENSES FOR THE SAME SPECIALTY? The answer is NONE. Only SCAM ARTISTS require multiple licenses so when they get too many complaints against that license number they just switch Licensing numbers. I hired Michael's Valley Plumbing to come out and run a video camera through her main line and they were supposed to give her a DVD showing what was discovered. Bottom line is the hydro-jetting should have done the trick. The problem was Aram brought an old broken down machine that had the hose running through PVC pipe and there was very little water pressure as the hose had more holes than Swiss Cheese. No water pressure, no hydro-JET more like hydro-TRICKLE! According to Michael's video there was no concrete, or any signs of trouble in the main sewer line. The hydro-jetting with the proper equipment would have done the job. So Express Plumbing conned her out of $5,000+. The rest of you folks need to do what we did. File a complaint with the state. Our next step is to take Express to small claims court to recover the $5,000+ they stole. They use new math as Chloe M. points out in her review. If you see an Express Plumbing truck coming your way hide. They might figure out a way to suck money out of your pocket while driving by. REMEMBER- HONEST BUSINESSES HAVE ONE LICENSE PER CONTRACTOR SPECIALTY! STAY AWAY! I hope we can get all 3 licenses involved in the lawsuit. Report them to the state so they will have to go out of business. They also DBA Golden Best Plumbing, Express One Plumbing and one other besides the main company name. An honest company operates under one name as they don't want to miss out on referral business. No potential dishonesty there! Yeah, right!

Lifesavers! I had a problem and needed someone to come down as soon as possible. They came and checked out the problem within the hour. They explained everything that had happened and fixed it so quick before all my guests had arrived! It was such a last minute problem and Im so glad Express was able to come fix the situation for such an amazing price!!
