Upon discovering our leaky faucet, my fiancée insisted on getting it fixed, and I decided to contact Velvet Plumbing. Luckily, I had the pleasure of choosing a highly skilled and composed plumber who expertly repaired the faucet. I am now confident in recommending this company to others. They did a fantastic job!

The plumber, Reece, was very professional, yet friendly. He assessed the problem with our toilet then Went to his truck and found the exact parts needed. This was an older toilet (22 years older!!) and he knew exactly how to repair it. We are very pleased with the work done and he left everything clean and in place. Will call Orange Coast Plumbing again if/when we need a plumber.

Our AC went out during the middle of a heatwave and CW came out same day (Saturday) to diagnose and ultimately come to a conclusion that we needed to replace our entire system. Nick was extremely professional and went above and beyond, customer service skills on point. 72 hours later, I am now enjoying nice and cold AC throughout the house. We came home from an out-of-town family visit last night to a flooded garage. We had a leak which turned out to be a puncture in the 1 copper water main running from the shutoff valve outside the house to the water heater in the garage. It was just the way the original builder used nail-in clamps to secure the water main in the garage ceiling and maybe some recent earthquake motion. Anyway, we called Platinum Plumbing Services on recommendations from 2 of our neighbors and Carlos Castaneda and his helper Silvestor had us back in business in an hour and a half from when they arrived this afternoon. They did good work, quickly for a fair price. We highly recommend Platinum Plumbing Services.

We purchased our A/C unit from them last year The installation was great and their follow up service is thorough, systematic and makes sure our A/C runs all the time.
