I am the type of person who is always going to shop around for the best deal so I definitely do my research beforehand. What surprised me most about Clean-Out Kings was that not only was the quote cheaper than everywhere else, the service was phenomenal. The technicians were punctual, knowledgeable, and honest. They were able to diagnose the problem with my shower drain and low water pressure and outlined what could be fixed and what needed to be replaced. That kind of honesty is very rare these days. I am so happy I found Clean-Out Kings and will definitely refer anyone I know who has plumbing needs. Cheers!

Leak detection and wonderful customer service

We've been using Cleveland plumbing for the last few years and they never disappoint. We've got a mid 1960's home with mature landscaping that can reek havoc on drains and sewer lines. They have a high pressure clean out with a camera that allows them to throughly clean out the tough spots where other plumbers might get the clog out, but not totally clean out all the roots. Very professional team, usually see Vance and Cody who are both great. I'd highly recommend Cleveland Plumbing if you're looking a quality and professional plumber.

This is the second time I’ve used this company and both times I’ve been very satisfied. They are prompt, professional, knowledgeable, friendly, efficient, and very reasonably priced both times. Will definitely have them on the to of my list to call if I need plumbing services again.

Charged egregious price for removing clog in kitchen drain. It was $450 for about 30 mins of work. The plumber who worked on the house was very professional and knowledgeable, but charging that kind of price is just price gauging the poor consumer. I would’ve paid them $100 for just a consultation fee of how to remove the clog myself instead of $450 if they had just given me that advice over the phone. My plumber was out of town and he couldn’t help me but said the $450 price is just ridiculous….

Andy was extremely professional and courteous. He did an amazing job in horrible conditions. And a bonus, he was very helpful in helping me to get a rebate on a tankless water heater he installed. I highly recommend him.
