When our simple job proved to be more complicated than initially thought, Steve from Graham came back out and stayed as long as needed to resolve it. Upon restoring our plumbing back to its intended state, he did not charge extra for the extra hours spent on the job. These guys were honorable, efficient, and very professional. I needed my water heater strapped in properly for an FHA inspection. And I called them at 12pm and they understood the timing of the inspection, abd they were able to show up by 3pm and get it done. They were professional and the work was great.

There are many plumbers who are simply trying to maximize what they charge their customers. Matt is not one of them. He is the guy who wants to do the job perfectly and charge you fairly. Matt understands that treating people right is the best business practice. I will never think about calling another plumber. I am beyond impressed with the service I received from Nolan at Graham Plumbing. I needed a new gas valve thermostat installed on my water heater and the person I spoke with on the phone was able to get someone out the same day. He was even early! Nolan was polite, honest, and upfront about everything he was doing while he worked. He was prepared and knew exactly what to do. Afterward, he explained in detail what the problem was, how he installed the new part, cleaned up, and left the area spotless.
I was extra impressed because he took the time to do a small thing like screw my garden hose spray nozzle back to the end of the hose after using it to drain the heater. Not everyone takes the time for small details like that!

We just had the best experience we’ve ever had with a plumbing service! Blake was the one who came to assist us and he was very knowledgeable and friendly. He answered all the questions we had with no problem. He was able to diagnose what was wrong with our water heater and install a brand new on in a matter of a couple hours! I really can't say enough about how great Graham Plumbing was to deal with. I had a kitchen faucet that would not shut off and finally had to shut off the main. We used Graham Plumbing twice for dish washer installation, dryer gas valve replacement, and shower valve repair, and they had the lowest price out of 5 plumbing places I quoted from, and they were on top of communication before coming to the job and showed up on time and finished the job very well. All the work was done professionally. This was the best plumbing service I’ve experienced. From now on, I’ll be using Graham Plumbing for any plumbing needs. I was helping my friends make some drywall repairs when, like and bonehead, I put a screw right into a PEX pipe. Graham Plumbing installed our whole house water system and as well fixed a shower with no cold water. I appreciated him coming immediately out when there was a defect in the manufacturing of system to replace at no charge as well always getting back to me with any questions. Matt did a great job, very professional and extremely knowledgeable, has all the right toolset and very personable. He’s gained a repeat customer here, no question.
The plumbers who came were good and professional. However I was surprised that they did not offer a written estimate when they first came to provide one. When I ordered the job, the office said they'd be there quickly (about 30 minutes) but they had to get parts and showed up an hour after the estimated time. Was at a community building, not my house, so a waste of an hour of my time.
The plumbers from Graham plumbing, Tony Serrano and his team arrived on time, knew their stuff, were so very polite, showed me what was wrong and what they were doing, and assured me that they would return if any problems. So easy doing business with this friendly team. thank you

Julio, was on time and friendly. Dispatch sent a courtesy text an hour before hand and indicated what time Julio was going to be here. They even sent a notification that he was on the way. Julio showed up the time indicated. During the process, Julio explained everything and was truthful and honest. He made recommendations as well but did not pressure into anything. We were having a loud reverberation in our pipes. We called Graham Plumbing and they sent Julio R. out for a free estimate. It turned out our pressure regulating valve was shot. Julio replaced the valve and also
reworked and rebuilt the water service mainline shut off valve and irrigation water shut off valve with full port ball valve and hose bib connection. He was honest and said we only needed the pressure regulator but we decided to have the whole mainline redone since it had old, antiquated shut off valves. Looks and works great now! We are very happy with the service Julio provided! We highly recommend this company!

Kyle came and checked out a leak from my water heater. He explained everything and was so kind and patient. He adjusted the temperature and the problem was solved. There was no charge. I have used Graham plumbing for years and have always found them to be honest and fair. I highly recommend them.

As of this writing (Feb. 2023) I have had 2 jobs done by Graham Plumbing, and I've been satisfied with both.
Joshua replaced one of our toilets. He quickly realized what the problem was with our existing toilet near the back of the house - we needed a new one that flushes more forcefully - and recommended just the right replacement. We haven't had a problem with the new one since. One thing he did that other plumbers haven't, was he applied caulking around the base of the toilet where it meets the floor. It's little details like this that I notice, and it makes all the difference.
The other job involved the plumbing under the kitchen sink. Ours was a mess. The pipes were old and rotting. The outgoing drain pipe was higher than the garbage disposal. The pipes were too close together for me to be able to reach anything to do any routine fixes myself. Chris removed all the old drain pipes and installed new ones that go in the direction they're supposed to, and at a level below the garbage disposal. He looked at it, knew exactly what parts would be needed, and got the job done in a couple hours. The basket strainer in the sink needed to be replaced, and it was hard to find that part, but he made sure he found exactly the right one for this particular sink. And he made sure to communicate with me clearly everything he was doing, and why, in a courteous and friendly way.
Next time I have a plumbing problem (and there's always a next time) I expect to be calling Graham Plumbing again.

Having previously used another highly rated company (COK) for a simple drain clog, I was left feeling as though not only did they overcharge, but they also tried to pressure me into two other expensive jobs I later found out would have been unnecessary and a waste of money.
So when a new issue with the same kitchen drain arose last week, I steered clear of COK and discovered Graham Plumbing. I liked that they were a smaller company and family owned/operated, but was still expecting the worst. When Christopher and his apprentice showed up earlier than expected, I immediately appreciated the feeling of being the sole focus on their minds and not just the next appointment on their list of many to still get through. Super warm personalities and we hit it off immediately from the get go!
Though I had only anticipated getting an estimate for the job, I was so taken by Christopher’s honest assessment of what really needed to be done, (which in his 20+ year professional opinion, did not include the expensive Hydro Jet job COK tried to push on me), I asked them to start work immediately. Though the job took on a couple of minor complications along the way , Christopher held his word on the original quote, despite having been most assuredly been warranted in charging a larger cost. I honestly felt treated as though he was more interested in taking care of me than overcharging for something I didn’t need.
In this day and age of companies being judged by their on-line reviews, I felt super lucky to have found this plumbing company and without a doubt, they have won me more over as a loyal customer. Great job guys and thank you making me feel as a valued customer!
We had a fully clogged drain in my physical therapy office and we need to wash our hands OFTEN! The sink stopped draining - backed up. One call to Graham and we had Julio and his helper here in a few hours. They unclogged the drain and cleaned up after themselves an the drain works perfectly now. Thank you.

Charged egregious price for removing clog in kitchen drain. It was $450 for about 30 mins of work. The plumber who worked on the house was very professional and knowledgeable, but charging that kind of price is just price gauging the poor consumer. I would’ve paid them $100 for just a consultation fee of how to remove the clog myself instead of $450 if they had just given me that advice over the phone. My plumber was out of town and he couldn’t help me but said the $450 price is just ridiculous….

It was very easy to make an appointment and not only did our technician arrive on time, but we were told when he was on his way. Our technician handled the problem with ease. I had Julio as my plumber and needed him to check out a strange odor coming from the hallway near the bathroom door. I was concerned there was a leak under the house where the toilet tied into the drain line. Julio first went into the crawl space and into the area below the toilet. He was able to verify there was no leak and that nothing had leaked in the past. This was great news and Julio had me operate all the drains in the bathroom just to make sure. He was patient and took his time and was very professional. Back up in the bathroom he.saw that one of the two sinks did not have a proper drain line so he went ahead and changed that out. He advised this was most likely the source of the odor… sewer gases backing up through the improper drain line. He did fine work, it looked great and Julio left a clean work area after he was done. He changed me the price we first agreed on on and there were no surprise charges. Julio was polite and professional and I will definitely ask for his services again when another problem arises.

I requested a quote for a new water heater in early March, and Steven came out, evaluated it, and gave me one. I called mid-May to schedule the replacement. He showed up early (!!!!), and had it installed and finished within 3 hours. He answered all my questions regarding each valve and dial, explained maintenance ( pretty much none except maybe the anode rod in 5 yrs), and the price was the quote exactly. I am so very happy with my water heater, Steven, and Graham plumbing.

Nolan did a great job! He was very respectful, pleasant and informative. He even called his boss to get a second opinion on a question I had. Nolan replaced a kitchen faucet, replaced a shower extender arm and unplugged a bathtub. All the work was done well.
Great service, and great technician. We noticed a large leak in our forest-like front yard late in the afternoon, and we couldn't turn off the water leak without also turning off the water to our house. We called around - the quickest telephone response was from Graham Plumbing, and they quoted the quickest arrival time of the 4 area plumbers we called. Because it was late in the day, they could only promise an arrival time by 8am the next morning, so we planned on going without water overnight. Thankfully, their wonderful technician Julio completed another job earlier than planned and (after calling for permission) showed up at our house 14 hours early! Then, he helped diagnose the issue (underground, on a hill, and hidden by too much foliage) and figured out an inexpensive fix to cut out the leak that evening so that we could have water in the house going forward. It was a very pleasant experience all around, and we were immensely grateful that we didn't have to worry over the choice of working toilets or a visible stream of water running out into the street.
Highly recommended, especially for plumbing emergencies.
I want to thank Steve at Graham for repairing and redoing a nightmare of a bad plumbing job to a good reality! The pictures will speak for themselves. Steve did a great job not only in properly redoing the poorly executed work of the previous plumber but provided good follow-up and filled the hole left by the previous plumbers. This was for a previous visit I never posted. Shower drain was completely clogged. I made an appointment on line and they responded promptly to make an appointment. I received a text a few minutes before the scheduled arrival time and Julio actually arrived a little early as the text stated. Julio was extremely professional. He took care to protect himself and me by wearing a mask the entire time he was here. He wore foot booties to protect the floor. The job was a little more challenging than I anticipated but he was resilient, using several different methods until he cleared the blockage. Julio cleaned up when the job was done. I’m extremely satisfied with the level of service and professionalism from Julio and Graham plumbing. I’m going to lock in Graham plumbing for all my plumbing needs in the futures. I highly recommend that you try this business if you are in need of a plumber.

Graham Plumbing was excellent. We live in La Mirada and had an emergency issue with our water heater and no hot water. We tried everything to light the pilot and troubleshoot it on our own but nothing worked. We found Graham Plumbing with great reviews on Nextdooor.com so we called them and they sent Steven out in a couple hours. He was excellent. He contacted the manufacturer and found out our water heater was still under warranty. He ordered the part for us and had it shipped to our house. Steven was able to get the water heater going until the part arrived. We are giving Graham Plumbing and Steven an excellent review and we will refer them to all of our friends and neighbors.

I first encountered Graham Plumbing as a resident in need of assistance. Graham Plumbing came in and knocked out the re-piping of my house. No more than a couple months later all my toilet plumbing needed redone, and again Graham Plumbing came in and took care of things.
As a contractor, Graham Plumbing became my number one choice on all my residential jobs. As a commercial Superintendent, Graham Plumbing bailed me out on a huge Starbucks remodel. The contracted plumber on the Starbucks job did not want to follow through on an unforeseen rotted main, so what did I do? I called Graham Plumbing. Graham Plumbing came in and got my job back on track.
Graham Plumbing is always my number choice in plumbing and they should be yours as well.
We found a pinhole leak in the water heater fittings late Saturday that was spraying water all over. I called Matt. He came early Sunday morning and had it fixed very quickly. Matt and his team are the best!!!

I am a Real Estate Broker and I needed a plumber to close two separate transactions a court order sale and a trust sale. Both clients/ sellers live outside the state. I called my database to find the plumbers I knew were not available or did not service the area where the properties were located. Matt Graham and his crew came to our rescue recently to correct a major oversight made by a previous plumbing company. Graham basically redid all the poor work the other company did in a fraction of the time, and for half the money. His communication throughout the process was excellent, also. Graham has earned my business.
Made an appointment for 10am-11am, at 1045 I called to be sure we were all set. Was told I'd get a call back. Called again an hour later and was told again that I'd get a call back. At 1pm I still had not gotten a call back so I called again and was told there was no one to come till around 4pm. So I just canceled. Why did I never get updates when things were clearly going wrong? I understand things can happen but why did I have to hound them for updates? Ppl were polite but no follow through.

Graham Plumbing installed a permaliner CIPP pipe sleeve into the clay sewer line app. 50' to the connecter, this will prevent roots etc. from getting into the main sewer and clogging it, also installed 2 way horseshoe clean out in yard. We have used this company for years and they never disappoint. Also great with house projects. Reasonable prices and state licensed,
also clean up area and use tarps.
They Charged me high, the water heater went out of order after one week, nothing warranty
The toilet was backed up and the water went into the shower also. They had to remove the toilet and snake about 40 feet until the water went down. They said it could be because of roots in the way. It was $500 for everything, which is decent considering your paying them for a good job. Should use again if needed.

I’m in the restoration industry and work with plumbers on a daily basis. Had a very challenging situation where moisture levels went up after the dry out was complete. It was very tricky to determine the source because two homes affected were built 1 inch apart. Both homes are located on the lake in Lake Forest, both were repiped and water turned off at the meter. Two insurance companies and an HOA insurance involved. Insurance sent out two different leak detection companies, homeowners hired 3 different plumbing companies plus a ground penetrating radar company to find the source. After 6 companies and 20 different plumbers/technicians inspected the property nobody could not find the source and determined it was ground water. We jack hammered the foundation and found the dirt was dry. After months of both homeowners living in hotels, Steve @ Graham plumbing came out alone and in two hours found 4 sources of the water damage that all 20 plumbers before him missed. Furthermore, the leak detection fee was the lowest charged by all 6 companies. If you want a Master Plumber who is honest, ethical & reliable, call Steve @ Graham Plumbing! You will save yourself a lot of time, money and headache.

We got great service! Kyle surveyed the job (which because it involved installing a toilet over carpet was not straightforward) and carefully discussed options with us to give us the best install possible.

We’ve used Graham Plumbing a couple of times now. This time we had Blake from Graham come out and check a valve under our kitchen sink that connects to our dishwasher. They’re very honest and provide great service. I have them saved in my phone because I know they’re reliable, honest and provide great service.
Nolan arrived on time was well equipped and efficient. The leak was under the house and had standing water. He was reluctant to go under but agreed when I turned off the electricity and provided a large plastic sheet
It took him less than 45 minutes under the house it was a simple pinhole like leak
The bill was $400 which I find excessive

The water heater and water lines had to be removed and replaced to a different outdoor location - not a standard job. Great communication and on-time performance of tasks. Quick response to my issue and had a plumber out right away! Professional, clean, and took the time to fix my main line problem. There was leakage of water during the process under my sink. They cleaned it up completely! Highly recommend and will call them next time.

Kyle was very professional & I explained to him what the problem was (leaky shower) & he went right in inspected everything in the shower wall that was visible & all was good with pipes but the cartridge was bad so, he replaced that & we are good to go. Also, asked him about the other shower regarding hardware(shower head, plate & spout replacement) so he is going to get pricing for us & let us choose which ones we would like....Again 5 stars for Kyle & Graham Plumbing ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
