I can highly recommend HomeX after two house calls. Technician Juan and Frances over the phone are both extremely polite, professional, and efficient. They communicate well regarding appointment times, and they did not push extra services we didn't need. They also followed up after the visit to make sure we were still satisfied. Definitely keeping this place in mind for any future plumbing needs!

We had a Slab leak and unable to get a neighborhood plumber to come out until 4 days later, we found our God sent plumbers on Angie's List. We couldn't be more pleased that we found Homex !! Francis in the office is always so cheerful and made it feel I was talking to family. She kept me updated on arrival times and answered any questions I had. The plumbers headed by Juan are more than knowledgeable, polite, clean, and go above and beyond to explain everything honestly so you understand exactly what is being done and why. 4th of July gas leak nightmare. Daniel went above and beyond in his customer service. Came out on 4th of July and didn't charge or complain.
Very polite, explained everything. Not only did he fix the gas leak, we had a new tankless water heater installed as well. All done in a professional and timely manner. I would definitely recommend and will be using their services in the future.

FIVE STARS for FABIAN! He was very professional and caring. He was very polite, courteous and took the time to answer all of my questions. ABOVE and BEYOND service! Super fast drain unclog and very careful and considerate to leave the kitchen clean and tidy. He wrote a mask gloves and shoe protectors to make sure our kitchen stayed safe and clean. They did excellent work replacing 3 toilets plus they picked them up at Home Depot to bring here to the house and unplugged one of my bathroom sinks!! It was easy to book with them and the repairman was nice however we paid $356 for a snake only for them to tell us they needed an additional $800 to fully remove the clog. We got a second opinion and they were able to remove the clog for $95. As a Mexican, I should of trusted another Mexican to get the job done cheaper & faster it’s been a few weeks and drains are working perfectly.

Excellent response time, came through in a pinch for broken hot water pipe that caused flooding. Courteous and professional technician made quick work of pipe repair. Would hire again.

I messaged several plumbers for a quote and HomeX was the very first to reply about my emergency. They called me and set up an appointment for a free estimate. Quick and fare

Edward was a super nice professional guy and even arrived early. My leak problem was pretty easy as I had caused it by incorrectly trying to install a bidet on my toilet. The fix was so quick and simple with his proper tools that he wasn’t even going to charge me. He tried but the company still required a $49 service fee which I understood for his time and mileage I suppose. Would 100% use this company again and recommend to friends. I even liked their branding with pink and yellow colors used on the uniform, van etc. Even the the booties he put over his shoes were pink which I thought was an unnecessary but very cute touch. Thanks Edward! Both women I talked to at dispatch over the phone were extremely friendly and helpful. Mackensie was one of them, didn’t catch the name of the other but both were very very nice.

My experience was great. I was able to get an appointment very quickly and easily. They were even able to send a technician to my home earlier than anticipated. The technician, Edward, showed up at the time expected and checked out the issue asked all the details I knew about the issue and then went right to working on the drain. He explained everything very clearly and even discussed the issue directly with my landlord. He even gave several recommendations and possible outcomes that may occur following the cleaning. I find the pricing to be very affordable especially given the great service provided. Definitely recommend!

I requested a quote only for a tankless water heater and water heater. My wife and I were weighing our options before the old unit we have goes out when we need it most. The company was very responsive and professional. They called prior to showing up, provided a picture of the technician (Ismael), and Ismael wore a mask during the entire visit. Ismael also answered all of my questions and provided an electronic written quote for my request. This was an estimate only. If I were to do the work, this company would be a strong contender for the job.

Went thru Angie list to find HomeX to fix clogged kitchen sink. Right after hitting enter they called and said they could be here in 1HR. Right on time Jeremy arrived. He was professional and super clean..prepared estimate I signed off and within 30 min had our clogged kitchen drain running again! My wife is super happy as we were preparing for granddaughters 1st bday. Emergency fixed! Highly recommend this 5 Star service. Also communications was top notch. Got a next-day appointment on a big holiday weekend; Ismail was great and left the area spotless when he was done. I’d absolutely call this plumber again.

(One year later:) This is the second time this company has saved our bacon. Shane and Andrew did a fantastic job clearing and fixing up our sink drains, in the process fixing up some problems that had been introduced by another plumber we'd unfortunately had out first. Very professional, very knowledgeable, they fixed the problems, explained their work well, and left the place spotless. We will absolutely use HomeX again, and next time we'll call them FIRST.

(Two years later:) A pinhole leak developed in our pipes on a Saturday afternoon. HomeX was available within the hour, and looked for the leak until they determined they needed to come back the next day with equipment to hear where the leak was (and see if it was a slab/foundation leak). Happily, on Sunday they determined that it was above the slab, and were able to fix the leak and save our bacon. Jeff and Hector were great; very professional, and took the time to explain all our options to us. We took the opportunity to replace our old water heater as well. Nothing but good things to say about HomeX.

Great service

Need to have a new pop-up installed in the bathroom. Juan installed a new one and corrected another problem while he was there. Very responsive and will use in the future.

My wife and I were interested in adding an additional water bib in our backyard so that we could hook up a hose. This job involved rerouting our drip irrigation system and attaching a water bib to the side of the house.

We had a great experience with HOMEX! Juan answered the phone and helped setup our estimate appointment for the next day. Shortly after I setup our appointment, I received a confirmation email and a text confirmation the day of our appointment. The text confirmation provided the name and picture of the person that was going to come out to the house. I appreciated knowing who was going to be coming out.

When he arrived, Juan came in a truck that clearly stated the name of the company and he was dressed in the company uniform. Juan took a look at our current situation, listened to what we wanted done and clearly explained three different options. One being the most cost effective, a second being a little more expensive, and a third that would have been really high end. He explained that given everything that I told him, he would recommend going with the most cost effective option. Throughout the whole process, I didn't feel pressured or rushed to make a decision. I asked for a little time because I wanted to talk to my wife about the options and the job. Again, I didn't receive any pressure.

I called back later that evening and scheduled an appointment to have the job completed. Juan came back out and went over the options again to make sure that the job was going to meet our expectations. Again, I didn't feel pressured and he never tried to encourage me to add on things that I didn't need such as replacing our existing pvc pipe or drip irrigation system.

Juan was extremely fast and he explained the steps before he started. When he was finished, he showed us the completed job and gave us recommendations on maintaining the area. Juan was professional and he did an excellent job of cleaning up the area. I would definitely recommend HOMEX.

Paul was right on time. He explained the problem, told me how much it cost and quickly fixed it. Total PRO! Other companies tried to gouge me with other repairs. Paul DIDN’T do that. This company and Paul get my business for big and small repairs.

Good professional experience

We had a drainage problem with our bath tub, the water took forever to dry. We tried Drano but it did not work so we called HomeX. Jorge managed to come on the same day that we called and solved the problem.

We used HomeX to help remove an old shower head that was stuck, and also install a new shower head for our bathroom. Alex and Josh came out and fixed the issue within 20 minutes. Employees of HomeX were very professional and clear about conditions, what was needed and timing. Repairs were immediate and performed in an excellent manner. There was added work needed that caused cost to more than double but communication was clear regarding problem resolution options. All work performed by employees was done cleanly as possible, timely and efficient. All work was done in one day and completed with a ten year warranty. I really couldn't have asked for more and having experience with other companies I have to give HomeX a full five stars!

My small issue turned into a BIG issue. The technicians were helpful and explained everything. The work was completed professionally.

Jorge was fantastic. He came out for a free consultation after a delivery guy from Best Buy told us we have to get our gas line replaced to make our dryer work. Jorge was here for less than a minute and can tell that we just had the wrong hose. He did everything he could to try to replace it, but he did not have the part which did not matter to us. We are happy to order it. We are so glad that he saved us time and money by pointing out the other guys mistake

Working with Hector, Pedro, Jesus, and Alex was a wonderful experience. They were on time, always explained everything very thoroughly and made sure that we were completely taken care of with our bathroom re-drain and replacing part of the sewer pipe. These folks are an excellent plumbing company. They came out and gave a reasonable estimate and even checked my home water pressure and added a house water shutoff valve tag for free. They turned out to be the best estimate and came the next morning and made the repair. They updated me every step of the way and communicated multiple times to know how things were going. Almost too many calls but they are using good customer service skills.

Technician Juan arrived on time. After explaining the issue I was offered a couple of possible causes and potential fixes. Bottom line is I was very please with the quality of work performed. Juan was pleasant and professional throughout. Very good experience.

Shane has been to my condo for two different issues. Both times he provided the most efficient and cost effective solution to my plumbing problems. There was not any mess left to clean up when he left either.

We had a plumber to our place a week ago and he told us that our external water pressure was 100 psi and that he should install a water pressure valve. He also told us that exposed washing machine pipes in our garage are very old - we had the entire house repiped 6 years ago. So we contacted HomeX for a second opinion. The person on the phone was delightful and we had Jose at our house in 40 minutes. Jose used a pressure guage to check two separate location outside - the pressure was 70 psi, and he told me everything is fine. He also told me that if I ever wonder about it, I can get one of those guages at Home Depot for $10 and do it myself. Jose was quick, efficient, friendly, polite... if I had a business of my own, I would hire Jose. Although they did not complete a project for me, my experience with this company is that they are honest and on-the-ball.

The quality of the work that was done seems to be top notch and the gentlemen who gave me the quote were professional.

I do wish that I had waited to get another quote. It was my mistake, but I assumed that the repair was pretty standard, so I wasn't expecting that there would be much difference in what I would be quoted. So I didn't bother scheduling another estimate. The two gentlemen who came to give the quote described it as being a lot more complicated than what it ended up being. (They said that the repair should be done with just one section of pipe which would have required a fair amount of demolition to the built-in shelf and bench. I suggested two sections of pipe, but they recommended against having extra joints. The plumbers who did the work used two pieces of pipe and hardly even had to remove any extra drywall to do that.) $1700 for two plumbers to do 2 hours of work seems excessive now that it is complete. It wasn't even a bunch of parts or specialty tools. I guess I paying for two men to come to give an estimate, that they couldn't even give, it had to be called in, costs the homeowner extra.

Another issue is that I never received the quote in writing or even electronically. I signed electronically, but after they left and I started questioning the quote, I realized that no paperwork was left or emailed to me.

Mario T. came to my home for stopped up kitchen sink. He is very professional, knowledgeable, and honest. I really appreciated the way he quickly troubleshot the problem (was different than what I initially thought the issue to be). He fixed the issue and got us back up an running. Thank You again Mario for such a Great Job!!!

I must say I was quite pleased with Daniel (The Plumber) who the company sent over to give me a free estimate on my plumbing problem. Not only did he fix one of the problems but gave me advice how to solve the other problem on my own. Recently my regular plumber moved away but now I will be using HOMEX for any future plumbing problems.

This is a great company staffed by wonderful people from the owners to MacKenzie who took my call for help and assured me that HomeX would have someone out right away to Jorge Melgoza who came out to our house to save the day. I’ve always been very happy and satisfied with the plumbers that HomeX has sent to my house and Jorge may be the best so far. Jorge really put me at ease. He expertly diagnosed the problem and explained what needed to be done to resolve it in a way that made me feel very comfortable. Jorge patiently answered all my questions. He was courteous, warm and genuinely cared that the job was not only done but done to my satisfaction. I was so happy with his professionalism and the work he did that I asked him for estimates for some other projects I am planning to do soon. HomeX never lets me down and Jorge is a true asset to this company. We received prompt service. Upon arrival Juan, the plumber, noticed our line had already cleared and did the honest thing and let us know that it might not be necessary to snake and save us the cost. Great experience! I’ve had a leaky outdoor hose bib for several months. I contacted my son who had some plumbing done at his house. He strongly recommended HomeX and Juan specially. I contacted Homex who had Juan come for an estimate within a couple of hours. Juan was very friendly and professional. He walked up with booties in hand to protect my floor. This told me right away that he was not only professional but respectful of my home. He inspected my situation and explained what he could do for me without being pushy. He gave me a very reasonable price before he left. After checking with my wife, I called back right away and set up an appointment for the next day (Saturday).

I had an issue with a clogged toilet and was unable to unclog it myself. HomeX was the only company that could service me the same day so I went with them. The problem was much larger than a clogged toilet. Roots had grown into the main drain pipe and was the root cause of the clog. The original clean out was not installed properly by the home builder and in order to clear the pipe, a new two-way clean out was required. HomeX was able to successfully install a new two-way clean out and resolved the issue to my complete satisfaction. I will reach out to them for any further plumbing needs and highly recommend their services. Everyone I came in contact with, including their office staff, was friendly and professional.

HomeX was super-responsive, calling back almost instantly and making an appointment within a very near time window. Then they called back and offered service even sooner. The main water pipe burst between the meter and our home. Jorge Melgoza and Hector came out very very promptly. They had to get the Buena Park Water people to turn off the water due to a really old valve. They came back the next day and began installing the new main pipe. The whole job took 2 complete days which was fast.

I called HOMEX for a clogged laundry line drain. Jorge and Louis showed up give me an honest recommendation. They first tried to snake out the clog but where unsuccessful. They gave me step by step description of what they were going to do. They ended finding another access to the drain and was able to successful clear the clog. They did at a great price and did not try to upsell me but we’re honest through the whole process. This was at a better price then two other local plumbers that quoted me. Only down fall was it was a bit pricey. $150 for a drain clog and 30 minutes of work.

Tech came to diagnose a pilot light that wouldn’t stay lit on a 10 year old water heater. After discussing the possible solutions and the cost associated with replacing parts on an old water heater, we decided it was a better option to replace. No aggressive sales tactics or pressure. The tech arrived promptly the following morning, removed the old heater, installed the new one and made some code-specific improvements. Process took around 2 hrs and they left my garage in better shape that they found it. Highly recommend.

I did research with 10 different companies and HomeX offered the best quotes for a garbage disposal replacement. Ismael arrived on time with a great attitude. While messing around with the old unit, he actually ended up finding the issue and showed me how it was fixed so I could do it myself in the future (where everyone else said it couldn’t be done).
Ismael saved me a lot of money and trouble, and I would not hesitate to call him again for help in the future.

I called this company based on good reviews to unclog my drain line. They had some $88 or free deal, but clearly they wanted much more than $88, regardless of the issue. The plumber came and tried to use the cleanout line, but only tried from one direction, quickly stating he hit something and is unable to get out the clog. He was already trying to upsell me on a camera inspection and a hydrojet from the start. After stating he was unable to get out of the clog, he recommended the next step of doing a hydrojet for $1700 DOLLARS!!!. I called another plumber next day thatu unclogged within minutes, and immediately told me you were being scammed by this company.

DO NOT GO WITH THIS COMPANY. The technician/plumber they send is actually a sales guy that will make a nice fat commission of what he sells you, so he is not interested in providing you the best and cheapest solution.

No one likes to hear that they need to dig up their front yard to fix the main line, but HomeX made the whole process clean, easy, and dare-I-say enjoyable. All of the technicians were conscientious, polite, clean, and reliable. As much as a plumbing experience can be delightful, this one certainly was.

The technician was very professional and thorough. I was not happy with scheduling and the pricing but at the end I was very satisfied with the work done, replacing the Reverse Osmosis unit.

I enjoy the over the top customer service from Homex. Text messages. Phone calls. I realize I have never once wondered when they'd be here, who would be there, or had to follow up. They reach out to me first. Ceasar was great. But I missed my boy Daniel. Guess you like a company when you know them by name.

My technicians Ismael and Viktor were very professional and capable. They arrived, quickly inspected the pipes, gave reasonably priced estimates, and completed the work all within a couple hours. I tested the drains frequently afterwards, and I have no complaints. I'll be using their services again in the future when I redo my bathroom plumbing and fixtures

I had a minor kitchen sink leak. The technician arrived promptly, did a thorough examination, and identified the cause. Best of all, he informed me of three options ranging from $9 for a DIY sealer application to installation of a new garbage disposal, which I could also purchase myself to save on the cost if the tech had to purchase. I appreciated the honest opinions, and will try the DIY approach first. If unsuccessful or if I have future needs, I’ll call HomeX.

This morning I was finally fed up with the two toilets in our house that weren’t working properly. They still flushed and were useable but the constant running water and weird noises were just too much. I got some recommendations from Angie’s list and the first business to call was HomeX Plumbing &Rooter. They had a time open in the afternoon and I booked it. Henry came within the time frame given and looked at the problems, gave me an estimate I could live with and got the work done so quickly. He and his assistant were neat. They cleaned up after they were done. I could not have asked for more! Thank you so much Henry and HomeX for a job well done!

it looks like the work was done well.

But I am very disappointed in the cost for the work done. The two gentlemen who came over to give me the quote said that the best solution for the broken pipe would be to use one length of pipe which would require significant demolition to the wall. I suggested that two pieces of pipe with an extra fitting may be able to allow them to use the holes I had already cut into the drywall but I was told that it would be better to limit the number of couplings so that there is less of a chance for problems in the future. When the actual plumbers came in to do the work they only had to slightly enlarge one of the homes and they used two pieces of pipe. It took them two hours and the bill was almost $1700.

I regret using their service without getting another quote or at least questioning them about the details.

I am just sharing from my experience with an estimate. Their estimate was egregiously high. One of the estimates they provided for just installing the faucet alone was much higher than the quotes I received from other contractors who quoted me for installing a faucet and toilet. The estimator was very nice and would’ve love to work with him, but the moment he showed me the $400 quote for installing a faucet (which I provide?!?!) I was like no thank you….his 1.7k quote for installing a faucet and toilet was even more disheartening. A real waste of time and gas to meet with the estimator. They know their costs are high. They repeated called me after to discuss the estimate and I can only guess it’s because they know their costs are high.

Update: Thank you for your reply HomeX. It’s nice to know you do care about the experience. For the record, I wasn’t going to leave a review but I received an e-mail from your system twice encouraging me to do so, so I did. Your tech did provide multiple estimates (he was so nice, thus 3 stars) but again, even at your lowest estimate… $400 to install a faucet, really?? (And even sans faucet??) It’s extremely high. I hope all the customers providing 5 stars didn’t pay that price.

So i had them come out to replace my Kitchen faucet.
myself i had a new faucet already.
for the installer he did a good job.
but there pricing is way to high for the work they did.
$ 345.00 to change a Faucet and one 1/2 valve. way over price.
the valve cost round $ 12, there labor rate is is around $ 150 per hr.
needless to say i will not be hiring them again.

I needed the water line going to my fridge replaced and the pressure regulator replaced and ended up going with HomeX. I decided to go with them because of the initial impression I got from Jorge and Felipe. Jorge went through all my coners careful and didn't rush any of it. He took time to explain everything to me so that I understood. I also had a great experience with their office staff, Enrique Mckenzie, and another lady whose name I don't remember. Everytime I received a phone call from them they were very professional and very friendly. I was even able to get a discount from Enrique on the initial estimate I received. As someone who knows nothing about plumbing, the work they did seems well done. When they replaced the old water line to my fridge they even covered up the old holes from the screws. Sears provided a garage tune up service. The service I received was excellent. The service operator Adam was professional, courteous, and efficient. Adam arrived on time, and the work was completed in a timely manner. Adam evaluated the job and described the condition of the garage door. Fortunately, the garage door was in only a need of a tune up.

Have used Homex for all my plumbing issues at both homes for years and will continue to do so. Dakota came today and replaced a toilet and a faucet. As to be expected by this company, they sent a serviceman out within a couple of hours and he did a perfect job, timely, professional and cleaned up everything when he was finished! I called HomeX plumbing after the pull to our shower diverter came out. The other challenge was that I did not know the brand of the shower fixture. Fabian was able to meet me right away and he was so polite. He and his field manager spent a lot of time trying to figure out the brand which they did. And they were able to locate the replacement part and fixed the diverter within a few hours. I was very appreciative because the cost to replace the entire fixture was over $1,300. They saved me lots of money and I would recommend HomeX plumbing to my friends and family.

Our old Garbage Disposal went out on us a Monday night. We are having a houseful of guests coming two days later, on Wednesday. We got in touch with HomeX Tuesday early afternoon and they were able to send Edward to our home within an hour after we called to remove the old disposal and install the new one (which I had already purchased). I hadn't even asked if they could do the job quickly. They said they would be happy to send someone right away if we wished. We of course said yes.
Edward was a pleasure to work with. Friendly and professional. We will now be able to host our guests without having to worry about what to do with all the left over scraps etc. Needless to say, this was a great experience for us. We can't thank HomeX enough for the great service.

Mario did excellent work. He was on time and gave options and answered lots of questions. installing 2 new toilets, I am very happy with the results. He actually had to make 2 trips to find the toilets that would fit properly. He went out of his way to make sure the job was done to my satisfaction.

My initial interaction began with Stephanie, who was SUPER! She called to indicate they had an earlier appointment available, unfortunately I wasn’t going to be home at that time. But I told her I would call back once I was available. She understood and told me not to worry. When I called back she informed me that someone was available and could be there within 35-40 minutes. I actually canceled the other appointment I had scheduled for later on with another company and decided to do the work with Home-X. On time, professional, listened to my needs, explained the service prior to starting, and pointed out potential issues that may arise with an older building after the toilet was installed. The newly installed toilet seems to be working appropriately, and thankfully we have a 90 day warranty in the event it doesn't seem to functioning correctly. We've used Home X in the past, and would gladly use their services in the future.

What an amazing experience from start to finish. An operator took my information to route it to the scheduling department early this morning. Within 5 min, I received a follow up call to schedule services for the same day at my preferred time. When I called to schedule an estimate, the lady in the phone was very professional and courteous. A gentleman from the company arrived the same day and within a couple of hours. When he arrived, he was very kind and professional.

After giving me a reasonably priced estimate, he asked for my permission to start the job. He kept me well informed throughout the process. In addition, he was very clean and was careful throughout his stay. Lastly, I greatly appreciated him treating my house with much respect by not leaving the front door open every time he needed to go to his truck for tools.

Long story short, the service was outstanding and was completed promptly. What really impressed me was his professionalism towards me and respect for my house. I would rate the overall experience with an A+. Shane & Andrew removed/replaced all 6 of my faucets, together with all 16 angle shut off valves. And as can be expected, found a few difficulties with such a large project. Had a very difficult job that Homex said from the beginning my not be repairable at a reasonable cost. In the end, I chose not to repair at this time. Homex was very easy to work with and kept me informed at every step. I will definitely use them again.

HomeX's Alex took great care of us. Our three-year old hot water heater lost its pilot light in the recent heavy rains and I had trouble re-lighting it. Alex drove two hours from Anaheim to fix it. I'm an engineer, so I had plenty of questions for him and he answered them all very professionally - careful not to mislead me if he couldn't be certain of his answers. I really appreciated that. After he left, my wife commented He was a real gentleman. He took care to eliminate possible reasons why the pilot light might have gone out, and said if it happened again he'd come back.

Called multiple locations to schedule, had to make appointment for future days. HomeX Plumbing and Rooter responded same day and was at an affordable rate, compared to the other near by companies. The technician was very knowledgeable and supportive, would highly recommend this company.

Called HomeX this morning because our water heater was shut off. They sent someone out ASAP and was very professional. Jesus Covarrubias was our tech and did a very thorough job in assessing the unit and letting us know what our options were. Would definitely call them back with any issues in the future because of his great attitude and service!

Very responsive staff. Easy to set up an appointment and provided an ETA on day of appointment. Needed the kitchen sink flange hooked up to our garbage disposal replaced. Our technician Cesar Rosa arrived on time was polite, professional, explained what needed to be done, and provided a reasonable cost estimate. The work was accomplished even though it was not as easy to remove and reinstall the garbage disposal due to the limited amount of spacing around the sealing bracket. Cesar left the work area clean and took photos of the finished work. Would definitely recommend this company.

I was having the most difficult time struggling living in this old house while just about everything is slowly breaking down on me. I called around so many plumbers and no one was available especially it was sense of urgency for me.

HomeX came to the rescue for me!!! I am literally almost in tears writing this review because no one knows how much stress it has been. Jorge and Luis are so professional and so so understanding to my needs as they can see how much pain I’m going through. They fix all 3 of the angle stop valve for me and even help make sure all the other pipes are working properly.

They are very responsive and you even get a courtesy call along with a text of the tech that is coming out. I highly recommend these guys. I wish they do everything else besides plumber too lol.

I have a difficult time with trust. And with plumbing, you often hear so many words and jargon that mean nothing to me about the problems with the pipes in my house. With Shane, he really tried to explain things to me in a way I could understand. He walked me through the process and he developed trust with me early with a smaller project where he did everything he could not to charge the higher price and he did it successfully even though it might have taken a bit more work on his end.

When he had to break the news to me that there was a problem with the main line, he didn’t just tell me, he explained it with the camera and showed me everything. Even though the job ended up being way more than I thought, the end result was amazing. Shane came back to make sure he showed me everything that was done with the camera again and it definitely put my mind to ease. He even went above and beyond on a miscommunication we had and helped with a sink and shower issue. He did not have to do that, but thats the type of guy Shane is. I cant say that all plumbers are the same but Shane got my trust and if I ever have issues I will request him.

We received quotes from several different companies for the pressure issue and drains clogged in our home. Homex was able to give a reasonable price. They have affordable rates and offered different options. All of the issues were taken care of with complete satisfaction. Mario was very friendly and made sure to take care of our needs.

I found HomeX via Angi and immediately they blew me away with their customer service. Within seconds of beginning my search, I got a call from their office and they scheduled a free estimate the following morning. My kitchen sink was leaking but it wasn't an emergency, so when Mario came the next day he explained to me the issue and let me know my options. He was so professional and friendly, I felt confident that I didn't need any additional estimates because I knew I wanted to work with Mario - he also did not make me feel pressured to hire them and gave me a sense that they were offering an honest rate. Afterwards I ordered a new faucet of my liking online and waited for it to arrive in the mail, during which HomeX gave me a courtesy call to ensure I could get my issue fixed asap. Once the faucet arrived, I was able to schedule an installation the following morning. Mario and Oscar spent the entire day evaluating the leak and getting the necessary replacement pieces to ensure everything was solved before they called it a day. They are hard workers and were determined to make sure they left having provided a service they could be proud of. Although HomeX isn't the cheapest company, they aren't the most expensive either, and for the quality of service and communication I have to say it was well worth it and no one else can compare. I have every intention to call them in the future should I need any plumbing services. I have already referred them to family members and truly cannot recommend them enough! You will never feel scammed, they operate with integrity.

Dakota and Raul went way above the call of duty. The toilet I had purchased on my own ended up having a crack in the tank. I no longer have a vehicle large enough to transport the toilet properly so Dakota put it in his van and helped me get it exchanged. The store did not have the stock it was supposed to and other locations also could not physically verify the stock they showed. Dakota and Raul negotiated a significant discount with the store on a better model that was in stock. This all took extra effort and time that was not part of the quote but the final price was not adjusted. If Dakota represents the average service technician at HomeX, then I would highly recommend them to anyone. I normally only give service or product reviews when I am not happy with my purchase. I always expect good service when I pay for it and don't feel obligated to giving a good rating. But when I get service that makes me feel like I got a special deal, I actually want to give a great review and will be bragging about the deal to others.

I was given 2 options to fix my plumbing problem. The options had about a $1500 difference just to cut out a few small chunks of concrete. The smaller option broke down to about a labor rate of approximately $900 per hour on an 20 minute job. Outrageous! Didn’t use their service. The job was completed through another source. I saved over $1000, NOT using their service!

Pedro, Mario and Jesus were all so polite and respectful. I like asking a lot of questions. They all at different times were so informative and spoke to me in scenarios that I can understand. I will have Homex Plumbing & Rooter back for inside plumbing jobs.

The HomeX team was really great to work with. There's been a sulfur smell in my hot water and I reached out to HomeX online pretty late in the evening yesterday to inquire about getting a technician to come out. To my pleasant surprise, I got a very quick response from Makenzie yesterday night, and a phone call first thing this morning to schedule a technician to come out.

My technician, Dakota, was right on time and was so very patient with my endless questions. Of course, the sulfur issue magically disappeared when Dakota was here and we couldn't replicate the problem. I explained and described what's been happening with the water at my place, and Dakota looked at the water heater, pipes, filtration systems, etc. He also talked to a few other senior techs to get additional opinions on what might be causing my problem and presented me with few potential solutions. I really appreciated his talking me through the different options, explaining things in a way that was easy to understand, and answering all of my questions.

He arrived a little late and he wasn’t really professional with his demeanor. Didn’t put on the shoe scrubs and we have carpet. Myself, my boyfriend and our neighbors thought he was a little strange and creepy. I prefer the previous plumber who was on time, looked professional, was friendly, wore the shoe scrubs and got the job done quickly.
