Second time we used them and another good experience as Angel goes out of his way to do a good job .They show up on time with all the tools needed. I had what I thought was a bad water shut-off valve but Angel looked at it and said it was good ,no need to replace it . They even helped me take the old fridge outside.

I reached out to Area Plumbing and Drain twice for two separate issues. Both times, Drew showed up on time with a positive and professional attitude. He's quick, efficient, clean and is very knowledgeable about plumbing services. A problem solver that goes above and beyond to help his customers. But what I respect the most is that I never feel like I'm being upsold on products and services. He's honest and transparent. You'll be in good hands with him and his team.

I was having issues with my water heater and they investigated with me over the phone, we exchanged messages over text with pictures I sent, scheduled an appointment and they told me some things to try first. I was able to get it resolved on my own BECAUSE of them. I asked if I could venmo something as a thank you and they just said that I did a good job. Talk about a good impression. There should be 10 Stars and not 5 for this business. Derek and Joshua are the gold standards that other plumbing organizations should try and attain, but it will be difficult. These two are the ultimate professionals who know what to do, how to do it and quote you a fair price. If these two professionals represent the rest of the team at Cleveland then everybody is just second best. Who you gonna call?? Cleveland Plumbing and ask for Derek and Josh.

Apex plumbing has done a number of jobs for us from finding and fixing an underground leak to installing a bath tub to unclogging a kitchen sink. I trust Leon's judgement and his rates are fair. On one job, his price was half of the big name company's quote. Have recommended him to others

George was able to diagnosed the leak and was able to isolate it to a tub overflow gasket issue. He replaced the gasket and plate and caulked for a good seal then tested for leaks. He was courteous and polite. I didn’t get the advertised 10% new customer discount as he stared the service fee was &120 and that was what he charged for the fix. The service was fast and simple.

B and B did a great job installing an expansion tank to for my new water heater. I was having issues with my t and p valve and I didn’t know what the issue was and I couldn’t use my new water heater. I called two other local plumbers during my search who wanted to book an appointment two days later, no thanks I need a hot shower today. Thank you to all the staff that helped us the same day to get a hot shower.

Eric and Robert are the most effective, efficient and conscientious plumbers I have ever met and utilized over 30 plus years of being a homeowner. Eric is extremely knowledgeable in all areas of plumbing and performs with professionalism, perfection, and expertise until completion. No detail is over looked and every problem is uncovered . He is very clear when explaining a problem and takes great lengths in his explanation in order to assure the homeowner understands all aspects of the problem, course of treatment and proposed estimate. He is very fair in his cost analysis for an estimate and when the work is complete the homeowner, as in myself, feel confident in the repair and the quality of his work.
His enthusiasm in his work is refreshing and since I had to require his services on multiple occasions, I could say it is a comfort to know he would diagnose a problem to exhaustion and then repair fully confident in his due diligence in revealing the cause of and the problem.

Fast and reliable even on a Sunday. We talked on the phone at 8 pm on Saturday and we planned on Sunday at 2 pm. They arrived on time and got to work. I don't usually write reviews but when a company simply stands above the rest, I believe they deserve to be noticed. I spent all day Sunday creating a mess on a 1 1/4 water pressure regulator. By 7 pm, we had no water in the house and I was done! I called Countywide and the owner, Rick was patient enough to explain the problem and the possible resolution on a Sunday night! He sent one of his guys the next morning, Nick, who was already briefed and began putting the puzzle together. Nick really knew his stuff! By mid-morning, he restored water to the house and got rid of all my headaches. Simple as that! These guys are fair and professional. I learned that CountyWide has been around since 1992 - this is the reason why!
