Rooter Man advertised 48 dollars to come out and clear a drain, I had a slow draining tub so I called, the girl told me the 48 dollars was only if I had an easily accessible clean out outside, if their plumber had to walk all the way inside to the tub, that would be nearly 3 times the advertised price of 48 dollars , very deceptive , I would have been happy to pay the 150 dollars if that's what they had advertised. I declined to do business with Rooter Man.

DO IT RIGHT PLUMBING showed up on time and started to work immediately. AJ was the technician and he did a quality job. He got my kitchen sink and laundry Room up and running the same day. I would definitely recommend them to anyone.

Carlos is, in a word, awesome. He knows his craft and he's an absolute pleasure to work with. He's kind, knowledgeable, and his pricing is absolutely fair. He went above and beyond and we won't think twice the next time we need any further help in the future. In fact, we didn't have to. We've already decided to pursue his services at our second residence in hopes of resolving a longstanding issue.

UPDATE!

As alluded to within my previous review, I made mention that we would likely be working with Carlos again for assistance at our secondary address. We recently ended up doing so and once again we couldn't be more pleased with the results.

The residence in question this time around has had quite a few plumbing issues which have been ongoing for years. Some worse than others, but all in need of eventual correction. After considering where we wanted to get started, we made a decision and Carlos told us what needed to be done, and how he would proceed. He estimated it would be a 5-6 hour job as long as he didn't run into any unexpected issues and surprises. Once a plan of attack was formulated, he came back the very next day and set to work.

Not only were there no surprises, but his estimate was on point. The job was completed in just under 5 hours, and let me tell you, this dude was hard at work the entire time. Just down and dirty and completely focused. And when he was done, my fiance's father FINALLY had a properly functioning shower again. No more dripping, leaks, clogs, hard water, or anything else. Just a normal, working shower. It really is one of those things that's so easy to take for granted until there's a problem, and this had been a problem for far too long. I'm happy to say that it's been resolved, and we have every intention of working with Carlos again for the next long standing issue in need of attention.

Frankly at this point I wouldn't even consider anyone else. If Carlos were to suddenly die and his soul started ascending to heaven, I would grab his soul and push it back into his body because the world needs awesome and honest tradesman like Carlos, who are on hand to come to your aid when you're in a jam.

Don't call Rotor Rooter. Don't call the guy who prides himself on hiring people who don't stink (shouldn't that be the norm for everyone in general?) Don't call someone who outsources independent contractors and treats them like middle-men while profiting off their hard work. Support a small business featuring an incredibly capable dude.

If you do business with Carlos, the Happy Cowboy Plumber, you won't regret it...and if you find yourself with another issue down the line, chances are you won't hesitate to call him again. He's just that good.

Extremely rude over the phone! Called to have someone come out to give me an estimate for some work on my house. Right off the bat, they made several incorrect assumptions then promptly spoke over me and raised their voice when I tried to correct their ignorance. You don't have to be the best or the cheapest to get my business, but you do have to be respectful to the customer. They spoke down to me as if I knew nothing about having a sewer line installed, but they didn't know I'm an architect and deal with plumbing issues routinely. What's worse is that they wouldn't even let me explain that to them. I would NEVER use their services and neither should you.

I've read your response and it reiterates all the incorrect the assumptions that you made on the phone. Since our one-sided conversation, I've had several, qualified, plumbers come out free of charge to look at the property and give me estimates. None of them wanted to charge me $425 (unlike you). However, the cost is not what bothered me; you're free to charge whatever you want. What bothered me was that you spoke over me, were very impatient and assumed my project would fail with me acting as the GC without even knowing my background or abilities. PS - there's a nice way to let people know you're not interested in doing a job.

Very happy with Graham Plumbing! Julio came and cut out/replaced a 66 year old drain pipe. He was clean and efficient and got us back to having kitchen sink and laundry drainage. Thank you Julio! You can always tell when they know what they are doing and Julio definitely did. I will absolutely use them again!

Your crews showed up at the time they said they would. The work site was always clean. when they finished for the day, cautions tape and protection plywood were applied protecting the area. We had several crews during our pipe relining and it was like watching a well orchestrated drill. Each crew showed up to do their part just as the others finished. Even our neighbors told us how impressed they were with the performance and work ethic of the crews. It was a point of relaxation knowing that they had all the insurances and equipment to do the job right.

We will happily recommend Power Pro to anyone who needs a plumbing job done, as well as them now becoming our 'go to' plumbing company for any of our plumbing needs.

Matt H from Scott English Plumbing came out because I was having problems with my kitchen faucet (low water pressure on the cold side). He was extremely knowledgeable and helpful- able to diagnose it within minutes. At the end of the day, my faucet was still under warranty and I needed to have it replaced. I fully expected him to just tell me to take care of it, and then come back out to replace it... but instead, he called the company himself to handle it so I had one less thing to worry about.I can't say enough good things about Matt- it's nice to work with someone that is trustworthy and honest.

We had a leak in an old pipe in the ceiling of our thrift shop. The G&W crew came in on a Saturday and replaced the corroding pipe. On Sunday, the patching crew came and patched the walls and ceilings. Can't even tell we every had a problem now. Great/fast work!!

This is the second time we have used Barker & Sons. Both times the technicians have been courteous & professional, and done great work. Joseph was our plumber the first time, Piotr Luczak our second plumber. Piotr had a much bigger task-a replacement of an external pipe to our sprinkler system, a water heater that needed to be replaced and actually had a gas leak from a fitting, and a garbage disposal installation. He was also very happy to answer questions I had regarding a retro fit water recycling unit I had purchased but never installed (we chose not to install it.) I would recommend Barker & Sons for quality plumbing repairs/work. I can’t really say where they fall price-wise, since we have relied on them only for our last few plumbing issues. Highly recommend!
